商業(yè)銀行的財務(wù)管理是提高銀行競爭力的核心內(nèi)容，商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)管理是對商業(yè)銀行信用活動中各項資金和財務(wù)收支活動進行計劃、組織、調(diào)節(jié)和控制的總稱。隨著我國金融體制改革的深化和金融監(jiān)管的加強,國有銀行的內(nèi)部管理和自我約束力也逐漸加強。同時,隨著我國銀行業(yè)全面對外資銀行的開放,也意味著銀行業(yè)必將引入國際競爭,面臨這一嚴(yán)峻態(tài)勢,銀行業(yè)要真正實現(xiàn)向國際化商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)軌,就必須進一步完善和強化商業(yè)銀行的內(nèi)部管理。但從目前我國國有商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)管理的`實際情況看,財務(wù)管理沒有發(fā)揮其在經(jīng)營管理中的重要 作用。如何科學(xué)地使用財務(wù)管理手段,已成為現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行提高經(jīng)營管理水平必不可少的重要內(nèi)容。
本文從論述財務(wù)管理在現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理中的作用和地位入手，分析了中西方商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)管理的差異，指出了我國商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)管理工作中存在的問題及現(xiàn)狀、改革的思路和構(gòu)架，提出了我國商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)管理改進建議，以提高我國商業(yè)銀行競爭能力。文章認為，建立高度集中的管理信息系統(tǒng)和管理會計控制模式，推行全面成本管理，嚴(yán)格控制財務(wù)風(fēng)險，是完善我國現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行運行機制的關(guān)鍵。

But as for the reality that state-owned our country commercial bank financial affairs manages at present, financial control does not bring the person into play in important effect in management control. How the science field uses financial control means , already becomes the modern commercial bank improving essential important managerial and administrative expertise content.
