我們是參加貴公司組織的20xx年7月3日-7月9日皇家加勒比國際郵輪韓國旅游團(tuán)的游客，我們的領(lǐng)隊(duì)是貴公司的秦海霞領(lǐng)隊(duì)，我們就想好好表揚(yáng)表揚(yáng)秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)。

在旅游的過程中，我們每天都在受感動。我們隊(duì)人員比較復(fù)雜，年齡從90歲高齡到3、4歲的兒童都有，這給秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)的工作增加了很多難度，但秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)微笑服務(wù)萬事巨細(xì)，把大家照顧的特別周到。在釜山和濟(jì)州島的陸地游時(shí)，每次汽車到達(dá)目的地，游客下車，秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)都站在車門口，對年齡大的游客伸出手扶一把，讓我們感到了溫暖關(guān)心，使我們在旅途中受到家人一般的照顧，這一扶，扶出了秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)的工作態(tài)度、扶出了秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)的人品、這一扶也扶出了貴公司的服務(wù)水平和品質(zhì)。

還有一件事，我們特別要感謝秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)，我們是來自河北唐山的游客，年齡已過70歲了，在國內(nèi)辦了漫游，但手機(jī)制式不對，電話打不通，秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)知道后，立即替我們給家中打了電話報(bào)了平安，后又抽出時(shí)間讓我們用她的電話和家中通話，使我們的兒女放了心，雖然事小，但反映了秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)對工作的認(rèn)真態(tài)度，秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)樂于助人的品質(zhì)，也反映出了秦領(lǐng)隊(duì)熱愛她所從事的這份工作，這是一種多么可貴的精神呀!
