　　Your city has decided to build a statue or monument to honor a famous person in your country. Who would you choose? Use reasons and specific examples to support your choice.

　　The answer to this question depends on your own experience and life style. In my point view, if we should build a statue or monument to honor someone important to our city, this person is no one else but people in our city. Among countless factors which influence the choice, these are three conspicuous aspects as follows.

　　The main reason for my propensity for building a monument for people is that people are the greatest resources of our city. (……)

　　Another reason can be seen by every person is that people are productive forces. (……)

　　Furthermore, many works in the city can never fully be automated by computers and machines. Although we can use the latest technologies, we never forget that there is no substitute for human skill and creativity.

　　In short, the most important and honorable person in this city is not a single person, it is the people. People are heroes. For our city to survive and thrive, it is essential that the city its approach to managing its most important asset - the people.
