一、鉆研教材,分析學(xué)生，抓住重點(diǎn)，積極教學(xué)
學(xué)生是教學(xué)的主體。因此，了解和分析學(xué)生情況，有針對(duì)地教學(xué)對(duì)教學(xué)成功與否至關(guān)重要。最初接觸教學(xué)的時(shí)候，我還不懂得了解學(xué)生對(duì)教學(xué)的重要性，只是專心研究書本，教材，想方設(shè)法令課堂生動(dòng)，學(xué)生易接受。但一開始我就發(fā)現(xiàn)我按照自己的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，上了一堂自認(rèn)為生動(dòng)有趣的課，認(rèn)為教學(xué)效果會(huì)很理想，怎知反饋出來才知道不如人意。后來才知道我講的口語大部分同學(xué)聽不懂，而教學(xué)的部分內(nèi)容同學(xué)們以前從來未接觸過。從而可知，我在上課前根本沒有了解清楚學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,沒有備好學(xué)生的課。以后，要漸漸克服這一點(diǎn)。
二、全心投入，講求方法，精神百倍，豐富課堂。
在教學(xué)過程中老師是教學(xué)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和參與者。講求方法，豐富課堂是教師在整個(gè)教學(xué)過程中首要的任務(wù)。英語作為一門外語言，需要多應(yīng)運(yùn)。因此，除了課堂效果之外，還需要讓學(xué)生多讀，多講，多練。課后發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生作業(yè)問題也及時(shí)解決，及時(shí)講清楚，讓學(xué)生及時(shí)消化。上課內(nèi)容豐富，現(xiàn)實(shí)。教態(tài)自然，講課生動(dòng)，難易適中照顧全部，就自然能夠吸引住學(xué)生。所以，老師每天都要有充足的精神，讓學(xué)生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣，授課就事半功倍�；乜醋约旱氖谡n，我感到有點(diǎn)愧疚，因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)我并不能很好地做到這點(diǎn)。當(dāng)學(xué)生在課堂上無心向?qū)W，違反紀(jì)律時(shí)，我的情緒就受到影響，并且把這帶到教學(xué)中，讓原本正常的'講課受到?jīng)_擊，發(fā)揮不到應(yīng)有的水平，以致影響教學(xué)效果。我以后必須努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解決課堂中的問題。
三，具體分析，因材施教，培優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)差，快樂教學(xué)
整個(gè)教學(xué)過程中由于學(xué)生的掌握情況不同，出現(xiàn)了優(yōu)差分層，一方面，有的學(xué)生英語聽，說的能力相對(duì)較弱，授課采用較深的全英教學(xué)，同學(xué)們還不能適應(yīng)。另一方面，有的同學(xué)們比較活躍，上課氣氛積極，成績較好。因此，講得太淺，沒有照顧到整體，所以教學(xué)效果不如理想。從而可以看出，了解及分析學(xué)生實(shí)際情況，實(shí)事求是，具體問題具體分析，做到因材施教，對(duì)授課效果有直接影響。所以。我利用課余時(shí)間對(duì)優(yōu)秀生進(jìn)行課外的知識(shí)補(bǔ)充，對(duì)差生根據(jù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行相對(duì)應(yīng)輔導(dǎo)，使學(xué)生成績整體提高。從而建立學(xué)生自信心。提高學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
由于每一位教師尤其英語教師，大家都在不斷的改善和創(chuàng)新自己的教學(xué)，難免有失敗和彎路。不過我堅(jiān)信，只有不斷創(chuàng)新和實(shí)踐才能有進(jìn)步，才能不斷完善教育教學(xué)，這是我一學(xué)期來的教學(xué)總結(jié)和感想，希望大家能給我寶貴的意見和建議。

Firstly, I can't have a good time during the Festival. Every New Year's Eve somethingunpleasant often happens. Once I quarreled with my second brother.
Secondly, I can't relax myself during the Festival. I have to do many things, watch somany TV programmes, meet so many people,all these things make me very tired.
Thirdly, spending one Spring Festival means that I become one year older, I don't like to be old. I want to live longer and be young all the time.
