　　first, handwork or physical labor is good exercise as well as rest for our brain. doing handwork and brain work alternatively can help develop both our brain and hands. secondly, we should avoid doing brainwork for long hours on end. the brain, though 3% of the body weight, when at work, consumes 20% of the oxygen carried by 16% of the blood in circulation. a long period of brainwork may cause, through lack of bodily activity, slow blood circulation and inadequate oxygen supply to the brain, resulting in inefficiency and possible damage to the brain.

Most experts predict we will exhaust easily accessible reserves within 50 years,though opinions and estimates vary.We could fast reach an energy crisis in the next few decades,when demand exceeds supply.As conventional reserves become more difficult to access,others such as oil shales and tar sands may be used instead.Petrol could also be obtained from coal.

The happiest time I’ve spent here was when we went to a really fun water park. It was called Big Hippo Water World. Inside it there was a real fun slide that you sit on a float and then you slide down. But when you go inside, it’s completely dark. It’s worse than going inside a haunted house, but it was fun and I had the courage to go on the ride.

　　As the time passes by, the trip to the Big Hippo ended, and we went back.

　　我們班的英語課是周老師教的，上課的時候，她最喜歡把我們分成小組來比賽，一共分為八小組，哪一隊小組得的'紅花多，則哪一組就可以得到貼紙。所以我們上課很有積極性，都爭著回答問題。但是我曾經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)有一位同學英語書上的貼紙并不都是周老師獎給他的，有些是他從家里拿來自己貼上去的，周老師發(fā)的貼紙我都認得。我覺她不應該那么做，應該靠自己的實力去爭取獎勵。

　　我本人很喜歡上英語課，我現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)得到了十二張貼紙，本來今天就可以用其中的十張向周老師換禮物的，但今天的禮物我都不喜歡，等到有我喜歡的禮物時，我再去換。
