I read a famous American writer Ernest Hemingway's novel "the old man and the sea", very admire kept the will of the novel, he let me know how a man must have perseverance, can succeed. The man is a novel depicts a near the old fisherman, in a single out to sea fishing, caught a big fish, but pull not up. The old fisherman al with fish after a few days, found that this is a more than his several times as big marlin fishing boats, although knowing is hard to win, but still don't give up. Later and because the big marlin wound fish smell drew a few group of sharks rob food, but the old man still would not so give up, eventually beckoning, the big fish back to the fishing port, let the other fishermen to admire.

The Wizard of Oz tells the story of a young girl and her three friends who find faith against all odds. This story inspires us to be brave, unite, stick to our beliefs, believe in ourselves in the face of difficulties, and overcome the difficulties with tact. The little girl helped three friends in need, so she got the help from the three friends later.
This fully shows that people need to help others in order to get help from others. Flowers need leaves to help, people need people to help. This makes me realize that I need to help my classmates and make friends with them.
英語觀后感3
This film was absolutely amazing. I have spent hours re-watching various scenes and noticing all the perfection with which they are acted and directed. It's not the violence or action sequences that make this movie so great (although they are well done), but rather moments like where Mathilda knocks on Leon's door. It would be so easy to just film the door opening, but instead we see light illuminating Natalie Portman's face, symbolizing something angelic. And the moment has so much more meaning.
I know a lot of people who have seen this film because they are action fans. I'm not. But I'm glad I finally found it, because it's a wonderful film in so many other ways.

Today, I saw a movie -- "Public Servant".
The hero is called Gu Wenchang, is the secretary of Dongshan County.
Although Dongshan County is near the sea, it is a desert.
In order to turn the desert into an oasis, Gu Wenchang led the people to plant trees in the storm for a while, and planted trees under the burning sun for a while.

看了石家莊市第十九中學(xué)范艷娜老師和石家莊實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)張永輝老師的英語閱讀示范課，我受益頗深。特別是在河北省石家莊市第一中學(xué)紀(jì)文華老師的課例評(píng)析后，我對(duì)這兩節(jié)課有了一個(gè)更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。任何一節(jié)課都不可能是十全十美的，但有所側(cè)重，學(xué)生有所得，有所思，有所獲，便堪稱完美。
眾所周知，高中英語閱讀教學(xué)涉及的不僅是學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)，更牽動(dòng)著學(xué)生的注意力，觀察力，毅力及興趣動(dòng)機(jī)，情感的眾多心理素質(zhì)和思想道德藝術(shù)審美等社會(huì)文化素質(zhì)，調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主觀能動(dòng)性必不可少。
通常，我會(huì)用一個(gè)視頻來導(dǎo)入新課，在吸引學(xué)生們注意力的同時(shí)，從視頻中提取信息引出課文中的思考。范艷娜老師通過汶川地震的圖片加音樂的插入，通過自己的'語言讓同學(xué)們仿拂置身于那個(gè)處境，值得我的學(xué)習(xí)。
課上教師說的每一句話都應(yīng)該有所用，有所指，提問一定要由表及里，循序漸進(jìn)，主要目的便是激發(fā)學(xué)生的主體思維。此外學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)權(quán)在學(xué)生手中，教師的任務(wù)就是引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生只有掌握了科學(xué)有效的學(xué)習(xí)方法，接受新知識(shí)，才能舉一反三，觸類旁通，更好的做到知識(shí)的遷移，并使學(xué)生終身受益。
在我教英語閱讀的過程中，我注意到學(xué)生們的詞匯量較少，語言實(shí)踐量也不多，歸納理解能力稍有欠缺。在以后的教學(xué)中，我一定會(huì)。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生認(rèn)真預(yù)習(xí)，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生踴躍參與培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的歸納理解能力，除此之外一定要增加語言的實(shí)踐量，延伸英語閱讀空間，讓學(xué)生們在閱讀中體會(huì)到學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣。

教師是“太陽底下最光榮的職業(yè)”，使命崇高，責(zé)任重大。作為一名小學(xué)教師，不僅要有優(yōu)美流暢的語言、廣博的知識(shí)、豐富的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最重要的是要有愛心與責(zé)任心。愛與責(zé)任，是師德之魂。在新的時(shí)代和形勢下，要把愛與責(zé)任放在師德的首位。只有這樣在日常的教育、教學(xué)活動(dòng)中，才能體現(xiàn)出教師自身的價(jià)值和專業(yè)成長的足跡。
沒有責(zé)任心那就不是一個(gè)好老師。沒有責(zé)任意識(shí)，就不明確自己的職守，不明確自己肩負(fù)的任務(wù)，那就做不好一個(gè)合格的老師。當(dāng)代教師責(zé)任就是愛崗敬業(yè)、教書育人，為人師表；具有較強(qiáng)的社會(huì)責(zé)任。孩子的自我控制能力非常差，只有老師多督促，才能讓他們養(yǎng)成良好的生活、衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。小學(xué)教師有其工作的特殊性，不僅要教給孩子們知識(shí)，而且要關(guān)注孩子們的飲食起居。要照顧好每一個(gè)孩子，不僅僅是在嘴上說的，要體現(xiàn)在日常的生活中。多關(guān)心孩子和他們溝通，了解他們的想法，最后才能很好的掌握他們的習(xí)性，從而才能正確的引導(dǎo)他們。家長把孩子送到學(xué)校，就是把家庭美好的希望寄托給了學(xué)校，我們教師有責(zé)任把孩子教好、保護(hù)好、培養(yǎng)好，有責(zé)任心讓家長滿意放心，促進(jìn)家園和諧。
總之，作為教師要象父母一樣去關(guān)愛孩子，把教師的責(zé)任放在首位，讓家長放心，讓孩子開心，讓自己舒心的幸福教師。
