I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its belief: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal.' When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check which has come back marked insufficient funds. But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of Gods children. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the Negro. This sweltering summer of the Negros legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges. But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force. The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone.
And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, When will you be satisfied? We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the Negros basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream. I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow cells. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair. I say to you today, my friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream. 1。有良好的師德

從選擇教師這門職業(yè)的第一天起,我最大的心愿就是做一名受學(xué)生歡迎的好老師,為了這個心愿,我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學(xué)科的基本理論知識。

如果我有幸競聘成功,能擔(dān)任三四年級英語教師的話,我將從以下方面開展工作。

Thank you very much!非常感謝!在接下來的時間里,我將和大家一起分享一下學(xué)英語的苦辣酸甜。最主要的,是想通過我在北大六年教學(xué)經(jīng)歷、美國六年生活經(jīng)歷、“新東方”六年教學(xué)經(jīng)歷,來和大家交流一下怎能樣盡快的提高大家的listeing and speaking comprehensions.
我的經(jīng)歷具體是這樣的:我是1980年從內(nèi)蒙古考到北大的,比大家高了好多屆。我在北大學(xué)英文,然后又在北大教書。教書六年之后,在1990年,我求學(xué)到美國。我發(fā)現(xiàn)到了,美國一下飛機,我一句話也聽不懂。當(dāng)時我想,至少我學(xué)了幾年英文,所以打算繼續(xù)學(xué)英文。正在我在考慮到哪里去的時候,我聽到一種說法,叫做everybody in American can speak English。那么我又怎么能夠在美國賺錢呢?所以,我必須改變這個想法。于是我該學(xué)了學(xué)計算機。計算機碩士畢業(yè)以后,我在美國的貝爾實驗室做了兩年的軟件工程師。在1995年,“新東方”的創(chuàng)始人俞敏洪來到了美國,在他的建議下,我有回國,開始參加“新東方”的創(chuàng)建。我和俞敏洪在北大是同班同學(xué)——“新東方”的五個“創(chuàng)業(yè)元老”里有三個是北大的同學(xué)。除了我們兩個還有一個是“新東方”的圖書總策劃包凡一老師,他是“新東方”的寫作專家。我在大學(xué)時代是他們的班長,他們兩個當(dāng)時是全班最落后的學(xué)生。我那時的主要精力和時間都花在每天晚上陪他們兩個在湖畔散步,勸
他們不要跳下去。我告訴他們說:“你們將來一定會成才的!钡搅96年,我在新東方擔(dān)任副校長的時候,有一個大學(xué)生就問我說:“王老師,你上大學(xué)時四年都是他們的班長,你現(xiàn)在卻是他們的'副校長,你的心理平衡怎么找?”我說:“不用找,我現(xiàn)在心理是最平衡的。我當(dāng)初當(dāng)班長最大的夙愿就是幫助這兩個后進青年成才。今天看到他們已經(jīng)紛紛成才了,我的夙愿已經(jīng)了了。平衡徹底找到了。”——我們的確都要找到一個平衡的方法,只有心態(tài)平衡下來,你才能夠干成偉大的事業(yè)。
在美國的時候我學(xué)計算機之前,還有一段小插曲。那就是我險些報考了哈佛的人力學(xué)系。我離開北大之后,吸引我的學(xué)校只有兩所,一所是英國的牛津大學(xué),就是Oxford University;另一所呢就是Harvard University。那時候,哈佛大學(xué)人力學(xué)系的系主任,對我進行了面試之后覺得可以錄取我,并且提出可以給我提供五年的Scholarship。他說:“你只要答應(yīng)我一個條件,”我說:“什么條件?”——這個教授研究的是非常偏的一個科目,所以招生好多年都沒有找到一個合適的學(xué)生。他是在人力學(xué)系研究中國文化中苗族文化的!f:“只要你跟我學(xué)苗語,我就給你獎學(xué)金!蔽艺f:“可以!钡牵依潇o下來之后想:我拿了這些錢,在五年之內(nèi),過的是天上人間的日子。就算不能從哈佛大學(xué)畢業(yè),也能夠肄業(yè)。將來至少能夠跟孫子夸口說,爺爺當(dāng)年進過哈佛。但是這還不行,因為我拿到這個學(xué)位,最終的目的是要找個飯碗。我就考慮,在北美這樣大片的土地上,有多少地方需要我這樣的人才呢?——苗族文化專家。通過“研究”,我發(fā)現(xiàn),全北美只有一個地方需要,就是哈佛大學(xué)、人力學(xué)系、這位老師。所以,如果全北美只有一個機會,他的目標(biāo)里只有我一個人,那么這個機會對我來說是百分之百的!但是,五年之后,我仍然處于一個非常劣勢的地位。我如果能在哈佛大學(xué)拿到學(xué)位,接下來的夢想就是當(dāng)上哈佛大學(xué)的教授、終身教授。美國大學(xué)關(guān)于終身教授的規(guī)定:只要這個教授不去世,你就別想替代他。我想,萬一我六十歲就“夭折“了,那位教授八十多歲還健在,我也還是助教。想到這兒,我就對那位教授說:“I want to learn something different!
當(dāng)時是1990年,計算機在美國變得popular。而且招生的指標(biāo)還有70個,我覺得這是個attract opportunity,于是決定學(xué)計算機。如果學(xué)計算機,我就可以成為一個“計算機科學(xué)家”,就可以make money。但當(dāng)時,我已經(jīng)十年沒摸過數(shù)學(xué)了,計算機也從來沒有接觸過。我想,我能不能學(xué)計算機呢?我用亞里士多德的“三段論”來推導(dǎo)這個問題:計算機是人發(fā)明的東西,凡是人都應(yīng)該懂人發(fā)明的東西。最后,如果我學(xué)不了計算機,我就不是人。得出這個結(jié)論之后,我就要做一些實際的調(diào)查,看一看計算機到底是什么。我到了紐約最大的書店,看看計算機架上到底有些什么書。其中有兩架書,

每個人都有夢想,而且很好,我也不例外。我有一個小小的夢想,當(dāng)我達到目標(biāo)時,我會實現(xiàn)更多的夢想。開始,我還是個嬰兒,一心想變得很強壯,像少林寺里的'孩子一樣,武功高強。但是我覺得離開父母去很遠的地方練武,辛苦,有點舍不得。小時候,我有一個夢想,我希望我有錢。大人問:小姑娘,有了錢你打算怎么辦?我要去買泡泡糖"如果你有很多錢?
我打算買很多泡泡糖。"如果你有錢花的話?我會買泡泡糖工廠。"天真的童年我們的確有一顆善良的心,幸福和快樂是同一首曲子。
慢慢進入小學(xué),課程越來越深,知識越來越多。會感受到壓力。現(xiàn)在我有一個夢想。我希望我沒有;我每天沒有很多作業(yè)要做。玩的有點剝奪,而我們40%的日子都禁錮在教室里,很多時間都在學(xué)習(xí)。但是在學(xué)習(xí)面前,是一種模糊的知識。俗話說,一種罕見的困惑。對事物的理解,從封建主義到資本主義,越大越覺得自己的觀點是正確的。每天放學(xué)回家后忙了一天一夜的課,他又困又累,吃不到深夜吃的食物。這樣的生活很單調(diào),可能有時候會想念我的很多小學(xué)同學(xué),有時候會帶著一節(jié)課或者一副朦朧的睡相。討厭死板的校服,我從來不到處穿。周六,周日;時間很短,孩子很想磨煉,慢慢了解生活;太難了,努力吧,夢想好了,我會努力讓每個人都生活起來,早起晚睡,把握住自己,不再松懈。我也想為他們的夢想而奮斗。

It is because I like flowers very much and I’m a girl going after romantic . I hope that in my shop , there are all kinds of different beautiful flowers such as rose , lily , tulip , violet , carnation , narcissus , lilac , orchid and so on . If I have such a flower shop , my life will be happy and perfect . You see , I can wander in the beautiful flowers , I will smile , sing and dance . Each morning the first thing that I do is watering the flowers .
Every day I preserve a quite and happy mind . When I’m tired , I will stop to have a cup of coffee or thin wine , or I can turn the music on and listen some light music , or do some quite reading . Every night I will have a long , sweet and tranquil sleep .This is an simple , sparkling and easygoing life . Perhaps it is not so great , but I like it . And the most important is , it is the very life that I looking forward to .
