Last Sunday, I did housework with my mother at home. My duty was cleaning my bedroom and sorting the bookshelf. After breakfast, I started my work. I first arranged books on the shelf. Previously, most books were my textbooks, but I wanted to do some changes. I picked up the textbooks on a cartoon and put the books I read at spare time on the shelf. And then I started to clean my bedroom. Because mother cleaned it almost everyday, so my task was not so heavy. After I finished my own duty, I helped mother with other works. Before lunch, we finished all the housework.

上周六，我在家?guī)蛬寢屪隽诵┘覄?wù)。我的任務(wù)是打掃我的房間以及把書架上的書分類。早餐過后，我開始了我的.工作。我先排列了書架上的書。顯然，我大部分的書都是教科書，但是我想稍作改變。我把課本放到卡通一欄，然后把我課余時間看的書放到書架上。接著我就開始打掃我的房間。因為媽媽幾乎每天都打掃，所以我的任務(wù)不是很重。我完成我的任務(wù)后，我就幫媽媽干其他活。吃午飯前我們就做完了所有家務(wù)。

“打折了，促銷了！所有商品便宜賣了！”在同學(xué)們一聲聲叫賣聲中,“跳蚤”市場拉開了帷幕。
周五晚上，英語角舉行了一次活動——“跳蚤”市場物品交易會。要求每人帶幾樣自己用不著，但別人還能用的物品進(jìn)行交換，買賣。我很感興趣，就報名參加了。
晚上七點(diǎn)，同學(xué)們都準(zhǔn)時來到了預(yù)約地點(diǎn)，老師作了簡單解說并宣布規(guī)則：商品買賣交換過程中，必須用英語交流。
同學(xué)們把桌子搬到走廊里，排成一排當(dāng)柜臺。賣家站在柜臺里展示商品，買家站在柜臺外面挑選商品。我來到自己的柜臺前放上“商品”：一對蠟燭臺、一個魔術(shù)球、一個鉛筆袋、四張蝴蝶楓葉書簽、兩瓶肥皂花、兩串手串和幾支筆。這些被我閑置了很久，準(zhǔn)備丟棄的東西，到這兒竟然變成了搶手貨，很快就吸引了眾多“愛好者”的眼球。大家都擁到我的柜臺前，摸摸這個，瞧瞧那個，全都兩眼放光。我還沒有定好價錢，就有很多人拿出鈔票往我手里塞，邊塞還邊說：Iwantthis(我要這個),Iwantthat（我要那個）。最受歡迎的是“蝴蝶楓葉書簽”和“肥皂花”，很快被一搶而空。雖然都是以一元的低價賣出的，但是我依然很高興。因為我是第一次這樣賺錢！
這時又來了一個男生，他指著鉛筆袋問我：“Howmuchisit?(這個多少錢？)”他要買我標(biāo)價最貴的鉛筆袋，我欣喜若狂。我回答：“TwentyYuan.（二十元）”他說：“Willyoumakeitcheaper?(你能便宜點(diǎn)么？)”“Ok,howmuchcheaperyouwant?(你想便宜多少？)”“alfoff.（打五折。）”“Ok，thankyou,welcomeagain.（好吧，謝謝，歡迎再次光臨）�！彼贸鲆粡埵拟n票，遞給我，拿起鉛筆袋，一蹦一跳地走了。邊走還邊小聲說：“Ilikethepencilbag,Ilikethepencilbag!(我喜歡這個鉛筆袋，我喜歡這個鉛筆袋！)”
賣出鉛筆袋以后，來看我的商品的人還有不少。有一位阿姨，拿起我的燭臺看了一看，覺得很漂亮，十分想擁有，但是她想了一下，嘴里又念叨著：“現(xiàn)在蠟燭不好買，我買這個燭臺有什么用呢？”然后，又輕輕放下，轉(zhuǎn)身走了。我想：我不也是因為這個原因才把燭臺拿來賣了的嗎？
現(xiàn)在，輪到我去買別人的東西了，我圍著所都店鋪轉(zhuǎn)了好幾圈，都沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)我需要的東西，我心想：“好東西大概都被別人買完了吧！”就在這時，媽媽從孫天怡的店鋪中花5元錢淘到了一個“計數(shù)跳繩”。媽媽說：“我正想買一個計數(shù)跳繩呢！跳繩的時候能幫我計數(shù)，多好，物美價廉，還是全新的呢！”
最后，物品交易會接近尾聲，老師讓同學(xué)們用英語表達(dá)了今天自己的'感想。我們還用交易所得的錢為福利院的兒童捐了款，交易會就這樣結(jié)束了。
