其實說起來,幼兒英語并不需要多高英語水平,更多的需要你的親和力,你如果能做好孩子王,相信你就一定能勝任這一職務。如果你有幼教的基礎,中標的可能性就會大大增加。如果沒有,可以提前看一些少兒心理學的文章。 做好充足的準備,把要講的內容的相關背景等知識了解到位,并把課的內容和這些背景結合起來,主要是注意如何讓背景知識在吸引人的同時把人引導到課本的內容上來。 出發(fā)前的準備很重要,一定要著裝合體,不要穿著臺前衛(wèi),畢竟教師這個職位還是要講究矜持的。 在見到面試官時要表現的大方,不要太拘禁,也不要太囂張,給人留下穩(wěn)重的印象。 試講時要首先把自己的試講材料分發(fā)給各位考官。 講課時的音量特別重要,而且要有板書,然后就是注意設計的跟學生互動的環(huán)節(jié)。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全, 所以板書就是你的教課大綱,是有始有終的,最后別忘了布置作業(yè)。 試講完成以后還會有提問基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的,教學側重點應該在哪里,如果學生出現了這樣或那樣的問題你該如何等等。
