防溺水手抄報(bào)
1、下水迅速救上岸
由于孩子溺水并可能造成死亡的過(guò)程很短，所以應(yīng)以最快的速度將其從水里救上岸。
若孩子溺入深水，搶救者宜從背部將其頭部托起或從上面拉起其胸部，使其面部露出水面，然后將其拖上岸。
2、清除口鼻里的堵塞物
孩子被救上岸后，使孩子頭朝下，立刻撬開(kāi)其牙齒，用手指清除口腔和鼻腔內(nèi)雜物，再用手掌迅速連續(xù)擊打其肩后背部，讓其呼吸道暢通，并確保舌頭不會(huì)向后堵住呼吸通道。
3、倒出呼吸道內(nèi)積水
將溺水兒童俯臥置于搶救者肩部，使其頭足下垂，搶救者作跑動(dòng)姿態(tài)就可傾出其呼吸道內(nèi)積水。清理積水的同時(shí)，先要用手清除溺水兒童的咽部和鼻腔里的泥沙及污物，以保持呼吸道暢通。注意傾水的時(shí)間不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)，以免延誤心肺復(fù)蘇。
4、水吐出后人工呼吸
對(duì)呼吸及心跳微弱或心跳剛剛停止的溺水者，要迅速進(jìn)行口對(duì)口 (鼻)式的人工呼吸，同時(shí)做胸外心臟按壓，分秒必爭(zhēng)，千萬(wàn)不可只顧傾水而延誤呼吸心跳的搶救，尤其是開(kāi)始數(shù)分種。搶救工作最好能有兩個(gè)人來(lái)進(jìn)行，這樣人工呼吸和胸外按摩才能同時(shí)進(jìn)行。如果只有一個(gè)人的話，兩項(xiàng)工作就要輪流進(jìn)行，即每人工呼吸一次就要胸外按摩3到5次。并盡快與醫(yī)療急救機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)系。
5、吸氧
事故現(xiàn)場(chǎng)如果具備較好的醫(yī)療條件，可對(duì)溺水者注射強(qiáng)心藥物及吸氧�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)如有呼吸興奮劑可拉明、洛貝林等可立即注射;現(xiàn)場(chǎng)沒(méi)有興奮劑則用手或針刺患兒的人中等穴位。
6、喝下熱茶水
經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)初步搶救，若溺水者呼吸心跳已經(jīng)逐漸恢復(fù)正常，可讓其喝下熱茶水或其它營(yíng)養(yǎng)湯汁后靜臥。仍未脫離危險(xiǎn)的溺水者，應(yīng)盡快送往醫(yī)院繼續(xù)進(jìn)行復(fù)蘇處理及預(yù)防性治療。
