　　中國的食物 Chinese Food

　　There is no doubt that Chinese food is very popular around the world, foreign people speak highly of it. I like to eat spicy food so much. Every time when I go out for meal, I will add some peppers, it makes me feel good. Sichuang food is my favorite, especially the hot pot. I will eat hot pot every week. It is so lucky that I am a Chinese.

　　毫無疑問，中國的食物在全世界都很受歡迎，外國人給予了高度的評價。我很喜歡吃辣的食物。每次我外出用餐，我會加一些辣椒，這讓我覺得好吃。四川食物是我最喜歡的，特別是火鍋。我每周都吃火鍋。很幸運自己是個中國人。

　　爸爸最喜愛的'菜 Father’s Favorite Food

　　One day, an idea came across my mind that I wanted to cook for my father, as I had done nothing for him before, I wanted to surprise him. So I asked my mother to teach me cook, this was the first time for me to cook, my mother was so patient. When my father came home, I asked him to taste the food, he was so moved and said these were his favorite food.

　　有一天，我頭腦中產生了一個想法，我想為爸爸做一頓飯，因為我之前都沒有為她做過任何事情，我想要給他一個驚喜。因此我叫媽媽教我做飯，這是我第一次做飯，媽媽很有耐心。當我的爸爸回到家里，我叫他嘗嘗菜，他很感動，說這些菜是他的最喜歡的。

　　節(jié)約食物 To Save the Food

　　When I was small, my mother told me not to waste the food, so I cultivate the behavior of eating up the food. When I go out to eat, I will buy the food that is suitable for me, unlike other kids, they will buy as much as they want, and they can’t eat up, throwing away the food. But I will make sure I can eat up the food.

　　當我很小的時候，我的媽媽告訴我不要浪費食物，因此我培養(yǎng)了吃完食物的習慣。當我在外面吃東西的時候，我會買適合自己的東西，不想其他的孩子，他們會買很多想要的東西，無法吃完，最后把食物扔掉了。但是我會確保自己吃完。

　　對垃圾食品說不 Say No to the Junk Food

　　Nowadays, there are so many junk food, such as the fried food, these food taste delicious, so they are easily to catch people’s attention. Especially for the children, they don’t have the limitation to eat the junk food and make their bodies weaker. So in order to stay fit, we should say no to the junk food.

　　如今，到處都充斥著垃圾食品，比如油炸的食物，這些食品吃起來很美味，因此很容易吸引人們的注意。特別是對于孩子來說，他們沒有節(jié)制地吃垃圾食品，身體變得不好。所以為了保持健康，我們應該對垃圾食品說不。

　　煎炸食品 Fried Food

　　I like to eat fried food, because it is so delicious, Iwon’t feel tired of it. Fired food is known to be unhealthy food, but still alot of people love it, like the fried chips in KFC. We should control ourselvesto eat the fried food, we should not eat it too often. For our health, it isbetter to keep healthy diet.

　　我喜歡吃油炸食品，因為它很美味，我不會感到厭倦。大家都知道煎炸食品是不健康的食品，但是仍然有很多人喜歡吃，就像肯德基里面的炸薯條。我們應該控制自己去吃油炸食品，不應該經常吃。為了我們的健康，最好保持健康的飲食。

　　美味的食物 Delicious Food

　　I like to go out with my parents, they will take me to different shops. In the shop, they like to order different food for me to taste them. My parents know me so much, they know I like to eat delicious food, so when they order the new food for me, it makes so happy, I like my parents.

　　我喜歡和我的父母外出，他們會帶我去不同的商店。在商店里，他們喜歡為我點不同的食物，來讓我品嘗。我的父母很了解我，他們知道我喜歡吃美味的食物，所以當他們?yōu)槲尹c新食物的時候，我很高興，我喜歡我的父母。
