Good morning, my dear teachers and friends! My name is Li Bingke, from class four O five. Today, I am very happy to be here. My topic is “Our School”.
My dear friends, welcome to our school! My school is very beautiful! It has a big playground. We can play and do some sports there. Near the playground, there is a garden. Many trees and flowers are there. So the air is very clean and we can hear birds singing in the trees. It is so wonderful. Our teaching buildings are around the garden and look like our teachers’ arms to welcome us. We can draw pictures in the art room on the first floor and read story-books in the library on the second floor. My classroom is on the third floor. It is clean and bright. We like to study in it. The computer room is on the fifth floor. We can sing and dance in the music room on the sixth floor. What a lot of fun! We can have lunch in the canteen near Defang Teaching Building.
In our school, our teachers work hard and help us with our lessons. We study hard and listen to teachers carefully. After class, our teachers play with us and we feel very happy.

剛開始我們?cè)趚x電子廠里實(shí)習(xí)第一個(gè)體會(huì)到的就是一個(gè)字——“累”，但后來慢慢的習(xí)慣下來，因?yàn)榇蟛客瑢W(xué)是獨(dú)生兒女，沒有經(jīng)歷過很大風(fēng)吹雨打，可以說大部分同學(xué)一直以來在保護(hù)傘下走過，這次系里組織的實(shí)習(xí)生活可以給這些我們真正體會(huì)到現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的酸、甜、苦、辣;但是我們很高興地看到，這些我們?cè)趯?shí)習(xí)中到困難時(shí)，并沒有后退，而是勇敢地面對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)，向困難中挑戰(zhàn)。實(shí)習(xí)磨煉了我們的意志，使我們現(xiàn)在的意志比實(shí)習(xí)前堅(jiān)強(qiáng)多，我們真正體會(huì)到“梅花香自苦中來”的味道。
這次實(shí)習(xí)給我們帶來了很多難得的社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提供了社會(huì)實(shí)踐鍛煉的大舞臺(tái)，廠里規(guī)定要完成每日產(chǎn)量任務(wù)，而且要保質(zhì)量;而我們的兩個(gè)老師要鼓勵(lì)同學(xué)完成任務(wù)，而且還要平衡同學(xué)們的心態(tài)，合理保證同學(xué)們的休息時(shí)間，因?yàn)樵谌藬?shù)是基本上固定不變的`條件上，做不完成就要加長時(shí)間完成，這樣各位同學(xué)之間的腦海里又各有所想法，這就要靠我們老師如何來處理好這樣的問題，可以說這是我們老師遇到前所未有的難題。在同同學(xué)們的共同努力下，這些問題我們都能一一解決。佳明電子廠真正為我們提供了難得的鍛煉機(jī)會(huì)，為我們踏上就業(yè)的人生路上打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
我們?cè)诹魉�上同樣學(xué)到了很多東西：
首先，第一個(gè)是我們懂得了什么叫做團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，在流水線上工作是不能隨便離崗或停頓下來，如果流水線上有一個(gè)人離崗或停頓將會(huì)影響整條生產(chǎn)線的速度，連累到整條拉的同學(xué)，同時(shí)質(zhì)量也要有所保證，不能馬虎，哪怕是看起來不大重要，都有可能被檢查出來重新返工，哪樣浪費(fèi)整條生產(chǎn)線上的同學(xué)的時(shí)間，這就使同學(xué)們學(xué)會(huì)了辦事情謹(jǐn)慎、認(rèn)真、仔細(xì)的對(duì)待，學(xué)會(huì)了團(tuán)結(jié)，分工和互相協(xié)調(diào)，使同學(xué)們體會(huì)到團(tuán)隊(duì)精神在工作中的重要性。
其次，同學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)了勤儉節(jié)約的好習(xí)慣，理解到什么是“粒粒皆辛苦”，在學(xué)校里大手大腳的花錢，而在工廠里看到員工們辛辛苦苦拼命的加班才得到哪點(diǎn)血汗錢時(shí)，在我們自己也拿到辛辛苦苦地加班，用自己血汗掙回來的加班費(fèi)時(shí)，才真正的體會(huì)到“錢”是來之不易，日后用錢時(shí)不能不三思而后行�？梢哉f這次實(shí)習(xí)給同學(xué)們上了一堂無形的思想道德課，讓同學(xué)們受益匪淺，教育深刻。
其三，同學(xué)們學(xué)會(huì)了溝通，學(xué)會(huì)處理好身邊的人際關(guān)系，學(xué)會(huì)在苦中作樂的技巧，在生產(chǎn)線上工作是比較枯燥的，每天都反復(fù)的做哪份工作，如果沒有同身邊的同事溝通，處理好身邊的人際關(guān)系，一個(gè)人是很孤獨(dú)，同時(shí)在一個(gè)工位上工作時(shí)間長了，前后工位之間將免不了有磨擦出現(xiàn)，處理不好，將影響我們的工作質(zhì)量。這就讓我們的同學(xué)們懂得了人際關(guān)系的重要性，一個(gè)好的人緣將會(huì)給我們的工作帶來了無限的方便和歡樂。
其四，同學(xué)們?cè)诠ぷ髦袑W(xué)會(huì)了研究。在工作中，方法中的正確和方便性非常重要，直接影響到生產(chǎn)的效率，同學(xué)們?cè)谧约旱膷徫簧献鍪炝藢?duì)自己所做的工作也仔細(xì)研究起來，細(xì)心分析其方法，模具的缺點(diǎn)，自己研制出一套更加便捷簡單的方法來提高自己的速度和減少工作量，真正充分體現(xiàn)出大學(xué)生的不同之處，體現(xiàn)了大學(xué)生的風(fēng)采。
其五，這次衡陽之旅給同學(xué)增進(jìn)了不少友誼，加深了班級(jí)與班級(jí)同學(xué)之間的感情。在這陌生的地方實(shí)習(xí)，意識(shí)到同學(xué)之間的幫助非常重要，大家緊密的團(tuán)結(jié)在一起、生活、工作有遇到什么問題都互相的關(guān)顧，原先不認(rèn)識(shí)的同學(xué)也互相融一切到一個(gè)團(tuán)結(jié)合作的大集體里來，有什么心事也學(xué)會(huì)了互傾訴，加深了同學(xué)之間的友誼。
