Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay based on the picture below. You should start you essay with a brief description of the picture and then comment on this kind of modern life. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.

本題要求首先簡(jiǎn)要描述圖畫(huà)，然后評(píng)論這種現(xiàn)代生活。圖畫(huà)顯示：現(xiàn)代人無(wú)論工作、居家、娛樂(lè)還是睡眠，都與電腦密不可分。顯而易見(jiàn)，本題主旨為電腦或網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)現(xiàn)代生活的影響。

寫(xiě)作思路：
1、本題首段應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)要描述圖畫(huà)，指出人們無(wú)論工作、家庭、休閑或休息，都與電腦關(guān)系密切。
2、次段最好進(jìn)行正反論證，說(shuō)明電腦有利有弊：一方面可以滿(mǎn)足工作生活的需要并娛樂(lè)自我，另一方面過(guò)度沉迷也會(huì)浪費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間和精力。
3、第三段最好提出建議措施：我們應(yīng)該揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，在合理使用電腦的同時(shí)，避免過(guò)度沉迷。

As is symbolically illustrate in the cartoon, a person is always staying in front of a computer no matter whether he or she is working, studying or playing. Even when he is sleeping, the image of surfing on line is also indispensable in his sweet dreams.
The metaphorical and impressive portrayal has subtly revealed the duality of the relationship between man and computer. On the one hand, there is no denying that the computer is currently one of the most efficient tools either to entertain oneself or to meet the work's needs. But on the other hand, a good many people admit that they are too much addicted to computers to maintain face-to-face contact with their friends and colleagues. Once indulged in the fictitious world, people feel reluctant to approach others and to concentrate on real life.
Hence, it is necessary for us to use computers in a reasonable way and restrain from overindulgence. After all, the computer is invented to connect you and me, and to bring conveniences to our life rather than set a barrier to keep people beyond reach.

Dear Pacival,
I am thrilled to know that you are going to visit my hometown and I can’t wait see you again. I miss everything that happened when I was in your city, and your parents and you were so kind to me that I will try my best this time to make your stay an enjoyable and memerable one.
My home town，Changsha, is the capital of Hunan province and best known as the star city for its well developed entertainment industry and tourism. There are numerous places and attractions worth recommending, and Yuelu Mountain is the first one that I’d like to introduce to you. Firstly, in the foot of Yuelu Mountain is the prominent Yuelu Academy. It has an exceedingly long history and its architecture is characteristic of Song Dynasty. Then, after a half hour, we will reach the Bird Forest. There are various rare birds there, and they can sing, perform, and interact with us. After about an hour, we will arrive at the peak, Baiyun Summit. The scenery there is spectacular and we can have a wonderful panorama of the whole city.
I bet you must be very excited about all these activities, and the Yuelu Mountain is waiting for us to explore. All you need to do is pack up and go, and I assure you that this trip will be a great fun.
