　　2008Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.1 17 2008I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, I was ill.1 24 2008Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two computer had been broken. Because my father used electric ma-ki-ng machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!!

　　There are many things in the world. Compare to those, people is a very small part of the world, so it is very difficult and lucky to be a person in the world. Thanks to my monther.I should live happy to thanks my monther. When she see my smile, she will be happy too. She will think that all she does for me is deserved. I think that the meaning of live is not only make myself or my month happy, but also bring the happies to all of the people around me.Hope everyone in the world can live happily.

　　由于我所在的公司是北京駐烏的一個辦事處，是一家私企，所以我剛開始的工作并不忙，沒有感覺到很累只是每天都要守在電話和傳真機(jī)旁很耗時間，第一天就因?yàn)樽�了一天腰酸背痛的但是過了幾天就稍有點(diǎn)習(xí)慣了，每天向我同一個辦公室的女孩學(xué)習(xí)一些辦公知識剛步入工作崗位，才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己有很多都不懂的

　　the lantern festival or yuanxiao jie is a traditional chinese festival, which is on the 15th of the first month of the chinese new year. the festival marks the end of the celebrations of the chinese new year.

　　chinese started to celebrate the lantern festival from the han dynasty (206 bc - 221 ad). like most other chinese festivals, there is also a story behind the festival. it is also believed that the festival has taoist origins.

　　this is a festival for people having fun. on the night of the festival, people go on streets with a variety of lanterns under the full moon, watching lions or dragon dancing, playing chinese riddles and games, and lighting up firecrackers. there is really a lot of fun for the young and the old.

　　yuanxiao (glutinous rice ball) or tangyuan is the special food for the lantern festival. it is believed that yuanxiao is named after a palace maid, yuanxiao, of emperor wu di of the han dynasty. yuanxiao is a kind of sweet dumpling, which is made with sticky rice flour filled with sweet stuffing.

　　yuanxiao is sticky, sweet and round in shape, symbolizing family unity, completeness and happiness.

　　實(shí)習(xí)的時間過得也真快，在這段時間里，我學(xué)到了很多在學(xué)校了學(xué)不到的東西，也認(rèn)識到了自己很多的不足，實(shí)習(xí)讓我感覺受益匪淺。

　　首先對于實(shí)習(xí)的認(rèn)識。實(shí)習(xí)是一種對用人單位和實(shí)習(xí)生都有益的人力資源制度安排。對接受實(shí)習(xí)生的單位而言，是發(fā)展儲備人力資源的措施，可以讓其低成本、大范圍的選擇人才，培養(yǎng)和發(fā)現(xiàn)真正符合用人單位要求的人才，亦可以作為用人單位的公關(guān)手段，讓更多的社會成員了解用人單位的文化和理念，從而增強(qiáng)社會對該組織的認(rèn)同感并贏得聲譽(yù)。

　　對于我們學(xué)生，我想學(xué)習(xí)的目的不在于通過結(jié)業(yè)考試，而是為了獲取知識，獲取工作技能，獲取在社會上生存的能力。換句話說，在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)是為了能夠適應(yīng)社會的需要，通過學(xué)習(xí)保證能夠完成將來的工作，為社會作出貢獻(xiàn)。然而步出象牙塔步入社會是有很大落差的，能夠以進(jìn)入公司實(shí)習(xí)來作為緩沖，對我而言是一件幸事，通過實(shí)習(xí)工作了解到工作的實(shí)際需要，使得學(xué)習(xí)的`目的性更明確，得到的效果也相應(yīng)的更好。

　　從小學(xué)到大學(xué)，每個不同的階段，我們所扮演的角色就會不一樣，雖然我們一直都在不斷的成長。工作后不再像在學(xué)校里學(xué)習(xí)

　　那樣，有老師，有作業(yè)，有考試，而是一切要自己主動去學(xué)去做。只要你想學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會還是很多的，老員工們從不吝惜自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來指導(dǎo)你工作，讓你少走彎路;集團(tuán)公司、公司內(nèi)部有各種各樣的培訓(xùn)來提高自己，你所要作的只是甄別哪些是你需要了解的，哪些是你感興趣的。只有有了方向，我們?nèi)松�的那搜船才能順利的到達(dá)成功的彼岸。

　　工作并不是一個人的事情，是一個團(tuán)隊(duì)在完成一個項(xiàng)目，在工作的過程中如何去保持和團(tuán)隊(duì)中其他同事的交流和溝通也是相當(dāng)重要的。要有與別人溝通、交流的能力以及與人合作的能力。合理的分工可以使大家在工作中各盡所長，團(tuán)結(jié)合作，配合默契，共赴成功。個人要想成功及獲得好的業(yè)績，必須牢記一個規(guī)則：我們永遠(yuǎn)不能將個人利益凌駕于團(tuán)隊(duì)利益之上，在團(tuán)隊(duì)工作中，會出現(xiàn)在自己的協(xié)助下同時也從中受益的情況，反過來看，自己本身受益其中，這是保證自己成功的最重要的因素之一。 這次的實(shí)習(xí)，讓我體會到了其極重要的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，和一顆好學(xué)的心，還有自己的人生方向。
