當(dāng)我離開家后，翻開我的日記本，在扉頁上父親寫下了一句話：趁年輕的時(shí)候出去漂泊，或許是為了更好留下來的一種方式。

我們都有惰性，久而久之就養(yǎng)成了習(xí)慣，習(xí)慣了就很難改，所以一旦養(yǎng)成了好習(xí)慣就要堅(jiān)持，不好的也要堅(jiān)持去改。
身心疲憊的時(shí)候，不妨什么都不要想，什么都不要看，閉上雙眼，躺下睡覺，睡到自然醒，但不要睡休克了。
