英語(yǔ)建議信格式

一般說來，、建議信多屬于半開放性作文，大多要求考生根據(jù)所給的材料(多為征求建議

信)，給出有針對(duì)性的解決辦法，或者提出合理化建議。

建議信的寫作思路：首先閱讀所給材料，或是漢語(yǔ)說明，或者是英文材料，找出問題所

在，即對(duì)方出了什么樣的問題，需要哪方面的建議，然后根據(jù)分析給出合理化建議。建議信寫作的基本步驟： 、

a.認(rèn)真審題，提煉要點(diǎn)。在寫作之前，大家一定要看清征詢建議者在哪方面有困惑，想獲得哪方面的幫助，爭(zhēng)取讓自己的建議、看法“對(duì)癥下藥，而不是“庸醫(yī)亂開方”。

b.巧列提綱，夏列要點(diǎn)。先提什么建議，后講哪些內(nèi)容，要先列個(gè)提綱，或打個(gè)腹稿，做到詳略得當(dāng)，重點(diǎn)突出，井然有序。

c.翻譯要點(diǎn)，形成骨架。要點(diǎn)明確后，大家可嘗試著將文章中涉及到的建議要點(diǎn)變成英語(yǔ)句子，這是全文的骨架。在此基礎(chǔ)上，可增加合理想象和適當(dāng)擴(kuò)充。

d.巧妙串聯(lián)，渾然成篇。將上述要點(diǎn)連接起來，再增加適當(dāng)?shù)那楣?jié)和一些過渡詞加以串聯(lián)，形成一篇完整的英語(yǔ)建議信。

e.規(guī)范書寫，落筆成文。如果說上述四個(gè)步驟是寫作基礎(chǔ)的話，規(guī)范書寫則是落筆成文的關(guān)鍵。好多同學(xué)構(gòu)思不錯(cuò)，英語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力尚可，可就是因?yàn)闀鴮懥什�，或亂涂亂改，讓人看不出個(gè)所以然而使文章黯然失色。

建議信寫作的注意事項(xiàng)：

a.這類文章一定要符合英語(yǔ)信件的基本格式。

b.這類文章的基本時(shí)態(tài)多用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)和一般將來時(shí)。 ’
