稱贊張擇端的話
張擇端(1085年—1145年)，字正道。漢族，瑯邪東武(今山東諸城)人。北宋著名畫家。他的風(fēng)俗畫《清明上河圖》，系世界名畫之一，也是他的代表作，描繪當(dāng)年汴京近郊在清明時(shí)節(jié)社會各階層的生活景象，真實(shí)生動，是一件具有重要?dú)v史價(jià)值和杰出藝術(shù)成就的優(yōu)秀風(fēng)俗畫。經(jīng)過近千年的漫長歲月，至今仍完好地保存在北京故宮博物院。
張擇端他自幼好學(xué)，早年游學(xué)汴京(今河南開封)，后習(xí)繪畫。宋徽宗時(shí)供職翰林圖畫院，專工界畫宮室，尤擅繪舟車、市肆、橋梁、街道、城郭。后“以失位家居，賣畫為生，寫有《西湖爭標(biāo)圖》、《清明上河圖》”。他是北宋末年杰出的現(xiàn)實(shí)主義畫家，其作品大都失傳，存世《清明上河圖》、《金明池爭標(biāo)圖》，為我國古代的藝術(shù)珍品。這兩件作品現(xiàn)存北京故宮博物院。另外，天津藝術(shù)博物館藏有署名“張擇端”的小幅《西湖爭標(biāo)圖》，系委托之作，該作品現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)到天津博物館。《清明上河圖》尚存，是《東京夢華錄》、《圣畿賦》、《汴都賦》等著作的最佳圖解，具有極大的考史價(jià)值，不只繼承發(fā)展了久已經(jīng)失傳的中國古代風(fēng)俗畫，尤其繼承了北宋前期歷史風(fēng)俗畫的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。
清明上河圖》 [1]本是進(jìn)獻(xiàn)給宋徽宗的貢品，流傳至今已有800多年的歷史。其主題主要是描寫北宋都城東京市民的生活狀況和汴河上店鋪林立、市民熙來攘往的熱鬧場面，描繪了運(yùn)載東南糧米財(cái)貨的漕船通過汴河橋涵緊張繁忙的景象。作品氣勢恢弘，長528.7厘米、寬24.8厘米，畫有587個(gè)不同身份的人物，個(gè)個(gè)形神兼?zhèn)洌嬘?3種動物、9種植物，其態(tài)無不惟妙惟肖，各種牲畜共56匹，不同車轎二十余輛，大小船只二十余艘。這件現(xiàn)實(shí)主義的杰作，是研究北宋東，京城市經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會生活的寶貴歷史資料�！督鹈鞒貭帢�(biāo)圖》描繪的是皇帝帶領(lǐng)近臣到金明池觀水戰(zhàn)、賽龍舟的熱鬧場面，圖長28.6厘米、寬28.5厘米，略呈正方形。小小的畫面，把周圍9里多的池面及池岸邊的景物悉數(shù)摹畫下來。著重描寫池中的大龍舟及周圍的小船，用動靜結(jié)合的手法，概括地繪出了金明池的全部景色和皇帝觀看爭標(biāo)的場面，畫面緊湊，結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，主題突出。
北宋著名畫家張擇端的長卷風(fēng)俗畫《清明上河圖》，是我國繪畫史上的稀世奇珍，畫之瑰寶。它用現(xiàn)實(shí)主義手法，全景式構(gòu)圖， 生動細(xì)致地描繪了北宋王都開封汴京時(shí)的舟船往復(fù)，飛虹臥波，店鋪林立，人煙稠密的繁華景象和豐富的社會生活習(xí)俗風(fēng)情。全圖規(guī)模宏大，結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)密，構(gòu)圖起伏有序，其筆墨技巧，兼工帶寫，活潑簡練，人物生動傳神， 牲畜形態(tài)，房舍、舟車、城郭、橋梁，樹木、河流、無一不至臻至妙，稱得上妙筆神工。綜數(shù)我國古代繪畫，多有那種士大夫的孤芳自賞，實(shí)難找到類似“清明上河圖”這樣不惜以大量的筆墨，描繪數(shù)以百計(jì)的民眾市俗生活與商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動，將民眾置于主人翁地位，并加以正確地藝術(shù)概括，這在中國古代繪畫中是不多見的，就是在現(xiàn)代繪畫中也是罕見的。此畫的第一位收藏人是宋徽宗，是他用瘦金體親筆在畫上題寫了“清明上河圖”五個(gè)字。
