很高興參加2016’青海藏毯國際展覽會開幕式，在此，我代表中國商務部，對展覽會的召開表示熱烈的祝賀，對參展參會的國內外客商表示誠摯的歡迎！

今年是中華人民共和國成立60周年。建國以來特別是改革開放30年來，中國的經濟建設和對外開放取得了舉世矚目的成就，經濟總量躍居全球第四，外貿進出口居全球第三，吸收外資連續(xù)16年居發(fā)展中國家之首，為世界經濟的穩(wěn)定增長做出了重要貢獻。去年以來，面對國際金融危機的蔓延和深化，中國政府反應迅速、判斷準確、科學決策，將宏觀調控重點轉向“保增長、擴內需、調結構”，在擴大內需的同時，努力保持對外貿易的穩(wěn)定增長。1-5月份，扣除價格因素，社會消費品零售總額同比增長16.4%，比去年同期加快4.2個百分點。但受金融危機影響，對外貿易仍處于低位運行，1-5月貿易額下降24.7%，其中出口下降21.8%。為此，各地正在積極采取措施，努力把金融危機的影響降到最低程度。今天在這里舉辦的藏毯國際展覽會，就是青藏兩省區(qū)貫徹“保增長”目標的重要舉措，同時也為當前形勢下國際地毯界加強合作交流、共同應對危機提供了良好契機。

藏毯作為集藏民族文化與藝術于一體的工藝珍品，越來越受到國內外消費者的青睞。截至目前，青海藏毯國際展覽會已成功舉辦五屆，累計成交額達1.6億美元，已成為西部地區(qū)對外開放的重要平臺，有力地促進了周邊省區(qū)的經濟發(fā)展，帶動了產業(yè)結構調整和農牧民增收。為進一步落實好國家西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略，促進區(qū)域協(xié)調發(fā)展，商務部將在原有工作基礎上，繼續(xù)一如既往地支持這一展會的舉辦，不斷提高其國際化、專業(yè)化水平。
