Glorifying oneself is a natural human instinct, people exaggerate their happiness or strength in the blog, they want to tell people how good they are and let people envy them.

We are nowlive in the world where the fittest will survive. So it seems unlikely that wecan avoid the stress form this competitive society. And stress like adouble-edged sword, which can be used by us, or hurt us. The appropriate stresscan be the motivation for our success, while too much pressure can do greatharm to our health and daily lives. If we cannot get rid of it, we must learnto deal with it.
現(xiàn)如今，我們生活在一個(gè)適者生存的世界里。在這個(gè)充滿競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的社會(huì)，我們無(wú)法回避壓力。而壓力就像一把雙刃劍，即可為我們所用，也可傷害我們。適當(dāng)?shù)膲毫沙蔀槌晒Φ膭?dòng)力，但過(guò)多壓力會(huì)對(duì)我們的身體和生活造成傷害。倘若我們不能擺脫壓力，就得學(xué)會(huì)處理壓力。
First ofall, we should have a right attitude to stress. It’s important for us toanalysis the reasons that cause pressure. If we fear that we may not pass theexaminations, then we should study harder, spend more time on the weaksubjects, and ask teachers and friends for help. Then the stress on ourshoulders can be relieved.
首先，我們應(yīng)該用正確的態(tài)度對(duì)待“壓力”。我們要學(xué)會(huì)分析產(chǎn)生壓力的原因。如果是因?yàn)楹ε驴荚嚥荒芡ㄟ^(guò)，那么，我們就應(yīng)該努力學(xué)習(xí)，花更多的時(shí)間在薄弱的科目上，向老師同學(xué)請(qǐng)教。這樣，在我們肩上的壓力就能夠緩解了。
Second, weshould have more confidence in ourselves. Sometimes, we lack of experience orour inner heart is not ripe enough, we just don’t know how to solve theproblems, so the stress comes. We should say to ourselves that I lovechallenges and I am strong enough to face all of these. Failure does not mean Iam a loser, it only makes me stronger.

Last butnot least, we can turn to our friend to talk about our problems. They mightgive us some useful suggestions. Or we can simply have a short vocation; go tothe place we love to relax ourselves.

In a word,the stress in our lives is inevitable. We should face it probably, have faithin ourselves and use practical ways to deal with it.

人生如登山Life is like Climbing Mountains
When a baby opens her eyes, the first glowof sunlight shines upon her face, and her life begins with a cry.
當(dāng)嬰兒睜開(kāi)眼睛，陽(yáng)光照在她臉上的第一道光的時(shí)候，她的生命在哭泣中開(kāi)始了。
At first, it was easy. Grabbing the handsof her parents, she came through her delightful childhood. The path was broadand flat; with some help, she climbed a little. However, when she looked up, sherealized the peak of the mountain could not be seen clearly. The dim, obscureclouds got into her way.

Despite the pain from her fall,she stood up, with faith in her heart, and continued her journey. She knewthere would be numerous obstacles ahead, but she didn't stop. She knew shewould never stop.

人生中最痛苦的事The Greatest Pain in Life
When it comes to the topic “What is thegreatest pain in life?” People always take different views on that question.
當(dāng)談到“人生何事最痛苦”這個(gè)話題時(shí)，人們總有不同的看法。
When you ask a 4-year-old child, he mightsay the greatest pain is that his parents refuse to buy him the toys. For some students,failing the exams is the most painful thing. And I think for most people,losing the one they love is the greatest pain. Especially for those who can’tmake things right before the one they love passes away. Or the ones they loveleft without saying goodbye.
當(dāng)你問(wèn)一個(gè)4歲的小孩，他可能會(huì)說(shuō)父母不給他買玩具是人生中最痛苦的事；而對(duì)于一些學(xué)生，則認(rèn)為考試不及格最痛苦。我想對(duì)于大多數(shù)人來(lái)說(shuō)，最痛苦的事莫過(guò)于失去自己所愛(ài)的人。尤其是對(duì)那些在摯愛(ài)死之前沒(méi)能彌補(bǔ)一些錯(cuò)事的人們，或是那些在愛(ài)的人們離開(kāi)前沒(méi)來(lái)得及說(shuō)再見(jiàn)的人。
From my perspective, the most painful thingin life is that you never try to do the things that you want just because youare afraid that the result may breakdown you. And this kind of things, I callit pity. As time goes by, the pain of pity become greater, because you’ll neverhave a second chance to try and take risks. And you’ll never know if you made adifferent choice, what kind of life you will have now, because everything endedwith it. You have to live with pities in the rest of your life. I think that isthe most painful thing. So I always convince myself, have a try for the things thatI want even if I know I’m taking risks and it might make me sad. Sadness won’tlast forever, but pity will.

Nowadays, credit cards have beenincreasingly popular on campus in that banks are growingly paying theirattention to students and laying out various policies to cater for students’need. People hold different views towards students’ owning credit cards. As faras I am concerned, it is necessary for students to keep credit cards.
如今，信用卡在校園中已經(jīng)越來(lái)越流行了，因?yàn)殂y行越來(lái)越關(guān)注學(xué)生并制定各種政策來(lái)滿足學(xué)生的需求。對(duì)于學(xué)生擁有信用卡人們有不同的看法。我覺(jué)得是有必要的。
There are reasons accounting for my view.For one thing, it is convenient for students to deal with various financialmatters. Students can use their credit cards to pay their tuition fees andother fares and that is safer than pocket a large sum of money go everywhere.For another, using credit cards is a good way to teach students to improvetheir ability in managing their money and form good habit in spending money.For instance, students who receive their pocket money at the beginning of themonth have to make a plan to spend their money before they consume with thecredit cards, so that they will not suffer from lacking of money at the end ofthe month. In addition, the overdrawing function of the credit cards provides achance for those students who cannot afford their tuition fees to continue toreceive their education.
我認(rèn)為以下原因能支持我的觀點(diǎn)。一方面，它便于學(xué)生處理各種財(cái)務(wù)問(wèn)題。學(xué)生可以使用他們的信用卡來(lái)支付他們的學(xué)費(fèi)和其他費(fèi)用，這比裝著一口袋的錢(qián)到處走要安全得多。另一方面，使用信用卡可以提高學(xué)生管理金錢(qián)的能力，并養(yǎng)成良好的花錢(qián)習(xí)慣。例如，在月初時(shí)學(xué)生得到的零花錢(qián)必須要在使用信用卡的之前制定計(jì)劃，這樣他們就不會(huì)在月底資金短缺。此外，信用卡的透支功能為那些無(wú)法交付學(xué)費(fèi)的學(xué)生提供繼續(xù)接受教育的機(jī)會(huì)。
Although some students overdrawtheir money from their credit cards to buy luxurious and unnecessary thingsthat will increase their family financial burden, I consider that theadvantages far outweigh its disadvantages.
雖然一些學(xué)生透支信用卡來(lái)購(gòu)買會(huì)增加家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)的奢侈品和不必要的東西，但是我認(rèn)為它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于它的缺點(diǎn)。
Thus, I consider that it is necessary forstudents to use credit cards. Besides, they also should be taught to use itproperly and form a correct notion of consume.
因此，我認(rèn)為學(xué)生使用信用卡是有必要的。此外，他們還應(yīng)該得到教導(dǎo)如何正確使用信用卡，形成正確的消費(fèi)觀念。
手機(jī)如何改變我們的生活 How Does Cell Phone Changes Our Life
Cell phone is so cheap that almost all people can afford it. Whenever you go,you see people hold cell phones listening to music, talking on the phone,chatting with their friends by mobile QQ or sending video clip by micromessages. Our life style has changed enormously because of the widespread ofmobile phones.
手機(jī)很便宜，因此很多人都能買得起手機(jī)了。不管你到哪里去，你都會(huì)看到人們拿著手機(jī)聽(tīng)歌，講電話，移動(dòng)QQ和朋友聊天或者通過(guò)微信發(fā)語(yǔ)音。由于手機(jī)的廣泛使用，我們的生活方式發(fā)生了很大的變化。
First of all, mobile phones change the waywe communicate with others. In the past, we contact with our families, relatives and friend bywriting letters or just go to certain area to make a phone call. However, if wewant to contact with them, all we need to do is to take out our cell phone,dial numbers and then we can reach them in a minute.

Secondly, the way we contact with our friendsis various. For most cell phones, we can download lots of software such as QQ,MSN, and micro message and so on to contact with our friends quite often andknow their latest information.
第二，我們聯(lián)系朋友的方式多樣化了。許多手機(jī)都可以下載QQ，MSN，微信等軟件。通過(guò)這些軟件，我們就能隨時(shí)聯(lián)系我們的朋友，了解他們的動(dòng)態(tài)。
Thirdly, by cell phone, we can take photosand locate ourselves easily. All cell phones have photo taking function. We cantake photos anywhere we want and don’t need to take our camera. Besides, if weare lost, we can use cell phones to locate ourselves to help us to get theright direction.
第三，我們也能通過(guò)手機(jī)進(jìn)行拍照和定位。所有的手機(jī)都有拍照的功能。不管我們到哪里，我們都不需要帶相機(jī)過(guò)去，只需要用手機(jī)就可以拍照。另外，如果我們迷路了，我們可以用手機(jī)定位來(lái)幫助我們找到正確的路。
In conclusion, cell phones change our life greatly.
