Yesterday was Sunday. May13, Mothers Day.I got up early in the morning and then went to the garden. I picked some beautiful flowers and give them to my mother, saying “Happy Mothers Day”. She answered with a smile “Thank you.” My father bought her a nice skirt and a necklace.In the afternoon we went to watch Beijing Opera together. In the evening we went to restaurant in the centre of the city and we had a nice meal there.On that day, we had a good time.

All our friends love to come to our house to see the beautiful world my mother has made for us. Every morning and evening we see my mother taking care of her plants like little children.
As her real children grow older and more independent，my mother devotes more time to her garden.
This is a very good way to spend one‘s free time.

Not only in the foreign countries but also in China, Mothers Day has become more and more popular in recent years. Its a special holiday to show our love to mothers. Many children will do some special things for their mom on that day, such as buying a gift of love, helping to do the housework and so on. Sending a pink or red carnation is always the best choice to their mom.
In my opinion, its time to take actions to do something to let moms enjoy the whole day and feel our love.
