由于病人往往不快樂,全世界的人們都不遺余力地殺害健康的人。他們特別注意自己的飲食,這樣既不會營養(yǎng)不良,也不會超重。此外,人們,尤其是那些從事腦力勞動的人,會進(jìn)行大量的室內(nèi)或室外鍛煉來保持精力充沛。在田里當(dāng)園丁和農(nóng)民,步行上班,騎自行車上班,晚飯后散步,登山,旅行,參加健身俱樂部的各種鍛煉等等。
健康也包括心理健康。它是人們生活或工作良好的另一個重要保證。因此,專家建議我們保持冷靜、平和、開放的心態(tài),盡量避免極端情緒,如憤怒、悲傷和興奮。因此,像太極拳、旅游等運(yùn)動。不僅在中國,而且在其他國家都很流行。
就我而言,除了均衡的飲食和平靜的心態(tài)之外,我對進(jìn)行各種類型的鍛煉缺乏樂趣。打籃球和羽毛球是我最喜歡的運(yùn)動。
