Second many people had said that if you don't get many time to sleep and you sleep late would make black rim of the eye. That is not healthy also and it's not beautiful. We should give our body a rest. Sleep is the best way. Well there are certain time that is best for us to sleep. Sleep early is definitely better than sleep late. Also we should not keep awake the whole night. You don't feel the damage when you are young but when you get older the problem start to appear. Many disease of heart and lung started from not sleep at night. Many youth think it is fun to keep awake or sleep late. But I don't think so. Keep your body healthy. 上周，ViVi老師讓我擔(dān)當(dāng)學(xué)校英語卡拉OK比賽的主持人。我既興奮有緊張。興奮的是能在老師、同學(xué)面前展示我的風(fēng)采，緊張的是我連中文小主持都沒做過，何況做英文主持？但我還是暗暗下決心，一定要做好英語小主持。
主持時間為本周二至周五的'中午。在主持前一天，我在ViVi老師的幫助下完成了演講稿。
回家后，我反復(fù)朗讀，發(fā)現(xiàn)有幾個不能確定發(fā)音的單詞，請教了字典老師，在邊上注上了音標(biāo)，才完整地讀了下來。
周二的五六年級比賽開始了，我上臺的步子那么小，速度那么緩慢，臉蛋紅紅的，手心不停冒汗，連話筒都濕漉漉的。我緊張極了，讀每一個單詞都是那么小心翼翼，生怕自己會讀錯。一句句臺詞中，不是這個單詞讀錯，就是那個單詞發(fā)音不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，有的地方還要搭檔提醒……主持時真是狀況百出。雖然已到了秋末初冬，我的頭上還是布滿了密密的汗珠。
放學(xué)回家，我飛快地做完作業(yè)，又開始主持稿的練習(xí)。
周三，我明顯感覺輕松了許多，能較熟練地朗讀了，真是一天比一天好了！
