Maybe different people have different idea about that .To some people ,it's so easy.When they are putting on weight ,they will try their best to lose weight .For example,they will do morning excercises and eat less everyday.But to another kinds of people ,they also hope to become thin ,but at they same time ,they can't contral themselves to eat more,so it's difficult for them to lose weight.
To me .I think fat is not a real problem,the most important thing is you should try your best to do something that can help you .Do anything you can do to keep your body healthy!

上個(gè)星期六的下午，我參加了“星星火炬英語(yǔ)風(fēng)采大賽浙江選拔賽”。為了這次比賽，我做了精心的準(zhǔn)備，背了《伊索寓言》中的《狐貍與猴子》這個(gè)故事，還有一段簡(jiǎn)短的自我介紹，賽前我自己覺(jué)得信心滿滿。
到了賽場(chǎng)以后我發(fā)現(xiàn)這里早就熱鬧非凡：有的正閑庭散步；有的正在排練自己的作品；有的已經(jīng)結(jié)束比賽，正在嬉鬧玩耍。在足足等待了兩個(gè)小時(shí)以后終于輪到我參加的賽次了。
參賽同學(xué)依次排隊(duì)入場(chǎng)坐下后，看到前排的眾多評(píng)委考官，我的心情一下子開始緊張起來(lái)，只感覺(jué)自己的心像小兔子一樣“撲通撲通”狂跳不已，手掌心里也冒出汗來(lái)�？吹接械�'選手神態(tài)自若，對(duì)答如流；有的選手吞吞吐吐，神情迷茫；我忐忑不安的緊張心情到了極點(diǎn)，真想逃離考場(chǎng)不參加比賽了。當(dāng)耳邊聽到考官喊：“K-738選手請(qǐng)上場(chǎng)！”我硬著頭皮走上了賽場(chǎng)。剛站在臺(tái)上那一刻，我都不知所措。當(dāng)開始自我介紹以后，我緊張的情緒才開始慢慢放松下來(lái)，故事也一氣呵成地講完了，考官的問(wèn)答也順利過(guò)關(guān)，但在第一次遇到看圖說(shuō)話的題目還是有些困難。回到自己的座位，還感覺(jué)在夢(mèng)境一般。
回到家里，我看了媽媽給我錄的錄像，這才知道由于自己第一次參加這樣的大賽，姿態(tài)僵硬，兩只手居然像鳥兒的翅膀一樣一直張著，這種姿態(tài)一直保持到比賽結(jié)束，可以看出我的緊張程度。

到上課的時(shí)候才知道，老師告訴我們這個(gè)是抽數(shù)字機(jī)，哪個(gè)字母寫錯(cuò)了就上來(lái)抽數(shù)字，抽到什么數(shù)字，就要把那個(gè)寫錯(cuò)的字母寫多少遍，接著老師告訴了我們兩個(gè)數(shù)字，她說(shuō)這里面的數(shù)字從1-50結(jié)束，我當(dāng)時(shí)就大吃了一驚，心里便冒出兩種想法，第一種是：這可是一個(gè)有趣的游戲，我要盡量多錯(cuò)點(diǎn)，第二種是：但要是我抽到了大的數(shù)字，那我不就得寫多多的嗎？但上課后，我已經(jīng)把第二種想法拋到九霄云外了，不錯(cuò)，在課上我拼命地寫錯(cuò)字母，好像字母和我有仇一樣。雖然大家寫得都很辛苦，但是老師給大家的字母評(píng)語(yǔ)，讓整個(gè)教室彌漫在笑聲中，如：你寫的字母跟正在跳舞的.蚯蚓差不多，你調(diào)皮了你寫的字母也調(diào)皮得讓你寫多多的。
到快要下課時(shí)，老師讓我們玩真心話大冒險(xiǎn)的游戲，經(jīng)過(guò)千挑萬(wàn)選，最后玩的是大冒險(xiǎn)，也就是老師再抽獎(jiǎng)機(jī)里面定一個(gè)數(shù)字，誰(shuí)抽到了，誰(shuí)就要做這個(gè)大冒險(xiǎn)，做不到的就在班上唱一首歌，我在心里面默默地祈禱：千萬(wàn)不要是我啊，因?yàn)榻裉斓拇竺半U(xiǎn)是在班里面唱一首歌，這是我最怕的事情了，我也在想要不我偷看一下那個(gè)數(shù)字，我不就不用唱歌了嗎。我心中暗喜著，但到老師讓我們反臉過(guò)去的時(shí)候，我心里卻不知道怎么了，好像有種莫名其妙的感覺(jué)，說(shuō)不上來(lái)，不知道是怎么了。但誠(chéng)實(shí)是有好處的，后來(lái)果然幸運(yùn)女神站在了我這邊，我沒(méi)抽中。
