　　現(xiàn)代社會是一個法治社會，公民的所有行為都將受到法律的制約。法律是一種保障社會秩序的手段，它具有的公平性是不可否認的。但同樣不可否認的是，它具有滯后性。打個比方，有不法分子進行違法活動，那么只能在將其抓獲之后才能對其進行審判，使其接受制裁。但不法分子造成的損失，如對公民生命的威脅，是無法挽回的。因此，除了法律建設之外，我認為我們更應該注重社會責任感的培養(yǎng)。

　　社會責任感是人類的主觀感受，世界觀決定方法論，如果一個人擁有了強烈的社會責任感，那么他就不會去進行一些危害社會的行為。社會責任感相對于法律來說的優(yōu)點是超前性，因為它可以遏制人們違法活動的實施。但社會責任感同樣有它的短板，即需要長期對精神世界的改造。這種改造，或者稱之為建設，是一個極其緩慢的過程。

　　社會責任感的建設依賴的主要手段是教育，而我國的`教育還存在著方方面面的問題。如教育資源的配置不合理，不注重對學生的人格培養(yǎng)等。這決定了社會責任感在我國的近期發(fā)展中，是無法做到全民皆知的。

　　社會責任感本質上來說就是在社會關系中，每個人對其他人的負責，也是對社會這個整體的負責。正如上文中所提到的，如果每個人都具有強烈的社會責任感，想必違法犯罪活動也將銷聲匿跡，就不會有那么多的家庭因戰(zhàn)爭或恐怖襲擊而分崩離析。

　　如果社會責任感從未出現(xiàn)在人類的觀念中，那么人類文明或許會比現(xiàn)在延后千年甚至更久。若是孔子沒有社會責任感，也許他就不會傳播仁德道義；若是沒有社會責任感，我們也許會被侵略者一擊即破；若是沒有社會責任感，孫中山先生就不會發(fā)動革命，推翻帝制了。

　　社會責任感于人類社會而言，是不可缺失的。若是沒有了社會責任感，那么即便有法律的存在，也會無人遵守，人類社會的秩序也將崩壞。所以我認為社會責任感是人類社會的基礎。

　　Yesterday, I broke a vase. This vase has been in my home for several years. I was afraid of being criticized. I didn’t dare to tell my parents. So I pretended nothing happened. But they discovered at last. It was strange that my father didn’t blame me, but teach me a lesson. He made me know that responsibility was necessary for everyone in the world. If a person was not responsible, he couldn’t do anything successful and may not be popular among the people around you. A responsible person would have the courage to undertake everything. This was what a boy should have. If I have done something wrong, I should take the responsibility.

　　昨天，我打碎了一個花瓶。那個花瓶在我們家很多年了。我怕被罵所以不敢告訴我父母。所以我就假裝什么都沒發(fā)生。但是最后他們還是發(fā)現(xiàn)了。很奇怪我爸爸不僅沒有責怪我，反而給我上了一課。他讓我知道責任感對我這個世界上的每一個人都是必須的`。如果一個人沒有責任感，他很難取得成功，也可能會讓你在你周圍不怎么受歡迎。一個有責任感的人會有勇氣承擔一切。這也是一個男孩所必須的。如果我做錯了，我就該負起這個責任。

　　開學典禮上，章校長在講話中用了兩個鮮活的例子詮釋了“社會責任感”這個概念，引發(fā)了大家對此的深思和熱議。

　　社會責任感是一種復雜的品質，簡單說就是每個人在心理和感覺上對其他人的關懷和義務，如有道德、守法、愿意為他人作出犧牲等。

　　許多人認為，只要管好自己和自己社交圈子里的事就好了，何必要在乎社會上的其他陌生人？其實這種觀點是很狹隘的，因為社會不單單是無數(shù)個獨立個體的集合，更是一個不可分割的'整體。沒有人可以獨立生存，而社會責任感就決定了一個人的幸福感。

　　公民幸福指數(shù)高達82%的加拿大，就是一個社會責任感很強的國度。在其他歐美國家都想方設法禁止流浪者在街頭睡覺時，加拿大的街頭上隨處可見流浪漢休息的長椅、帳篷，也有很多社會福利機構會專門為無家可歸的人提供衣食住宿和醫(yī)療服務。我想，可能正是這種良好的社會責任感才使得加拿大同時也成為了全球犯罪率最低的國家吧？

　　再來看看美國。美國社會在大多數(shù)人眼中應該是幸福、發(fā)達的，其主要原因是經濟負擔�。恐贫韧晟�？生活環(huán)境好？我想都不是。在我看來，最主要的原因還是整個社會自上而下的責任感。記得我有一次去美國游玩，有天傍晚坐在一個廣場的長椅上乘涼。旁邊好像有人抽煙，我當時沒放在心上，甚至都沒注意到旁人的存在，只是下意識地揮了揮手扇去煙味�？墒撬�看見了，立馬熄了煙，還向我道歉。試想一下，生活在這種人與人之間彬彬有禮、彼此關懷的社會中，一定是幸福的。

　　反觀土耳其穆斯林，只因與希臘人的文化、宗教分歧，就制造了臭名昭著的“伊斯坦布爾屠殺之夜”，對境內的希臘人居住區(qū)進行毆打破壞搶劫；只因一位大學生在聊天時聊到了宗教自由，就將其毒打……也正是這種對社會毫無理解、毫無容忍的態(tài)度使得穆斯林群體收到了全世界的非議。

　　綜上所述，擁有社會責任感，不僅能使自己、使周圍的人感覺生活充盈、快樂，更能使整個社會悄悄發(fā)生令人驚喜的變化。作為一個中學生，我們并不需要做什么大事，只需要扮演好自己的角色，再盡力讓自己擁有一份社會責任感，就會讓我們的社會迸發(fā)出友善、關懷的光彩！
