Success for me
Hello, everyone! Good afternoon! I am very glad to have the chance to make this speech. My topic is: how to achieve success. First of all, let us see a story.
Long long ago, there was a king who had a daughter as beautiful as a blooming rose. To all the men who came to the king's palace to ask for the hand of the princess, the old king gave them three tasks to be accomplished, each next to impossible. One day, there came up a handsome young prince in the king's palace. Well, you know the rest. The three tasks may be different in different versions, but the main plot is always the same, Prince successfully passed all the challenge and got the heart of the princess in time. And the ending is always the same, finishing with the line And they live happily ever after.
Why aren't we tired of this story so beautiful, so uealistic (, I would say, so unimaginative ? How can a story like that can enduregenerations of repetition? The reason, I think, is that a typical success story like this is so close to our daily life. Moreover we can understand so deeply, it is not just a story, but a good will from peoples inner heart. By implication, we see a 4-step definitions of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess. So youd better find your princess as soon as possible; 2 ) challenges to be meet, as represented by the three tasks. Only if you directly meet the challenge, can you besuccessful; 3 ) the process of overcoming difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage. Thats all! Find your princess, meet challenges, overcome difficulties, and have a good life.

剛步入初中時(shí)，下定決心以自己嶄新的面貌去沖刺，無論是在學(xué)習(xí)上，還是在生活中。
一周下來，除了同位，沒有再對其他人說過一句話。早上來到學(xué)校，向大家問好的話總是卡在嗓子中說不出口。
日落。我單獨(dú)走在回家的路上，余輝撒在我泛紅的雙眼上。今日又沒有說話，一次次的失敗，如針扎般刺痛了我的心，一次次的告誡自己：失敗是勝利之母。但總換不來勝利。走在繁華的街上，風(fēng)吹在臉上冷冷的。
初中的味道，猶如咖啡般苦澀，卻又能在那澀澀的苦中品出一絲甘甜。生活或許就是這樣，只有嘗過那千般的苦，才能換回萬般甜。
還記得那天，是雨天，心也好像蒙了層霧。我單獨(dú)一人閑逛在校園中，突然，一張絢爛的笑臉映入我的眼簾：“給，咖啡奶茶，甜的哦！緩解心情。”她見我沒有答復(fù)，又上前來，說道：“看你總是悶悶不樂的呢，甜甜的奶茶可以使心情好起來哦！嘗一下吧，嘿嘿！”看著女孩那如陽關(guān)般絢爛的笑臉，我不禁一怔，我當(dāng)時(shí)是想以這樣絢爛的笑容來迎接新學(xué)校的吧！我苦笑的接過了奶茶，喝了一口，雖然很苦，卻是越品越甜，我對這個(gè)陽光女孩示以感謝的微笑，“你笑起來很好看的，我是說真的，不要成天愁眉苦臉的了，吶！”“嗯，我們做朋友吧！”這句始終珍藏在我內(nèi)心深處的話最終說了出來，我快樂的笑了起來。
我發(fā)覺，友情就是能夠讓你堅(jiān)信有依靠的.信念，它能夠讓你感到暖和；友情就是可以讓你在哀痛時(shí)找到可以訴說的人，在歡樂時(shí)可以找到共享的人，在困難時(shí)堅(jiān)決幫忙你的人。即使全世界都將你遺忘，友情也會(huì)找到你
我發(fā)覺，友情那淡淡的甜美，它悄然無聲的融入了我的生活，那甜，那友情，如咖啡般芳香、芳醇。
我發(fā)覺，就像魚兒不能離開水，大自然不能失去陽光一般，人們不能沒有友情，而最真正的友情，正像大自然中的美景，清爽而透亮。

Do you know Helen KellerYes, the author of the book “three days to see”.I thank God for my handicaps, for, through them, I have found myself, my work, and my God.” Helen Keller’ words always resound in my mind. Though she is handicapped, she never complains. Always holding a grateful heart, she finally becomes achievable. And now I will tell you a real story about a boy in my class, he is just like Helen Keller.
The boy is named Tim. He is very clever,but unfortunately he was born with handicap. Being unable to walk steadily, speak clearly or write easily, he has difficulty in managing his life let alone studies. Therefore, he has to suffer from the society’s discrimination, and he has to take more pains to catch up with his fellows. But he always wears a big sweet smile and is friendly to everybody. When I asked him what made him so happily everyday, he said the secret was simple ----he thanked that his parents never abandoned him,he thanked his teachers’ special care and encouragement, he thanked his classmates’ respect and help. Now I know all these gratitude have given him strong power to move forward, forward and forward.
At the parents' meeting,his father gave us a deeply moving speech . He said:“ I knew the fact that he was not a healthy baby when he was born. At that time, I was overwhelmed with sadness, fear, and even anger. 演講的開頭，也叫開場白。它在演講稿的結(jié)構(gòu)中處于顯要的地位，具有特殊的作用。演講稿的開頭，通常有以下幾種：
1）開門見山，揭示主題
一般政治性的或者學(xué)術(shù)性的演講稿都是開門見山，直接揭示演講的中心。比如宋慶齡《在接受加拿大維多利亞大學(xué)榮譽(yù)法學(xué)博士學(xué)位儀式上的講話》的開頭：“我為接受加拿大維多利亞大學(xué)榮譽(yù)法學(xué)博士學(xué)位感到榮幸�！�
運(yùn)用這種方法，必須先明確把握演講的中心，把要向聽眾揭示的論點(diǎn)擺出來，使聽眾一聽就知道講的中心是什么，注意力馬上集中起來。但這種方法容易顯得過于平淡、冷靜，很難吸引人。
2）說明情況，介紹背景。
比如恩格斯《在馬克思墓前的講話》的開頭：“三月十四日兩點(diǎn)三刻，當(dāng)代最偉大的思想家停止了思想，……－－但已經(jīng)永遠(yuǎn)的睡著了。”
這個(gè)開頭對事情發(fā)生的時(shí)間地點(diǎn)人物作出了必要的說明，為進(jìn)一步向聽眾揭示論題做準(zhǔn)備。運(yùn)用這種方法開頭，一定要從演講的的中心論點(diǎn)出發(fā)，不能信口開河，離題萬里，更要防止套話、空話，敗壞聽者的胃口。
3）提出問題，引起關(guān)注。
寫演講稿的開頭，可根據(jù)聽眾的特點(diǎn)和演講的內(nèi)容，提出一些激發(fā)聽眾思考的'問題，以引起聽眾的興趣。這種問題應(yīng)該新穎、獨(dú)特，確實(shí)能促使聽眾去思考。

3．提出問題，引起關(guān)注。這種方法是根據(jù)聽眾的特點(diǎn)和演講的內(nèi)容，提出一些激發(fā)聽眾思考的問題，以引起聽眾的注意。例如弗雷德里克·道格拉斯1854年7月4日在美國紐約州羅徹斯特市舉行的國慶大會(huì)上發(fā)表的《譴責(zé)奴隸制的演說》，一開講就能引發(fā)聽眾的積極思考，把人們帶到一個(gè)憤怒而深沉的情境中去：“公民們，請恕我問一問，今天為什么邀我在這兒發(fā)言？我，或者我所代表的奴隸們，同你們的國慶節(jié)有什么相干？《獨(dú)立宣言》中闡明的政治自由和生來平等的原則難道也普降到我們的頭上？因而要我來向國家的祭壇奉獻(xiàn)上我們卑微的貢品，承認(rèn)我們得到并為你們的獨(dú)立帶給我們的恩典而表達(dá)虔誠的謝意么？”除了以上三種方法，還有釋題式、懸念式、警策式、幽默式、雙關(guān)式、抒情式等。
開場白技巧
1.開門見山，不講多余的話
有的人演講，開頭常講一些沒有必要的客套話。葉圣陶對此曾評述說：“誰也明白，這些都是謙虛的話�？墒�，在說出來之前，演講者未免少了一點(diǎn)思考。你說不曾預(yù)備，沒有什么可以說的，那么為什么要上演說臺(tái)呢?隨后說出來的，無論是三言二語或長篇大論，又算不算'可以說的’呢?你說隨便說說，沒有什么意思，那么剛才的一本正經(jīng)，是不是連場作歡呢?自己都相信不過的話，卻要說給人家聽，又算是一種什么態(tài)度呢?”其實(shí)，演講者說這種“多余的話”，并不一定是出自本心，不過是受了陳規(guī)舊套的影響，聽人家這么說，自己也這么說，結(jié)果，往往是使聽眾松弛了注意力。

這樣的開頭，使聽眾一聽就知道明白講的是是什么，注意力馬上就能集中起來。
2.交代背景，說明演講的目的和原因
實(shí)例：
例如《在歡迎民主柬埔寨代表閉宴會(huì)上李先念主席的講話》的開頭：
