在我心中，有許許多多的、多姿多彩的中國(guó)夢(mèng)。這些夢(mèng)，曾經(jīng)讓我心潮澎湃，曾經(jīng)讓我熱血沸騰，曾經(jīng)讓我心馳神往。無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻，我都在為國(guó)家美好的未來(lái)憧憬著。但是，我清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)到，讓國(guó)家強(qiáng)盛的重要角色，就是我們---那好似噴薄的朝陽(yáng)的莘莘學(xué)子---正是我們的強(qiáng)弱，決定著祖國(guó)的未來(lái)。正所謂梁?jiǎn)⒊f(shuō)的“少年強(qiáng)則國(guó)強(qiáng)”，確實(shí)不錯(cuò)。殊不知，在廣大學(xué)子背后，還有一位重要角色，那，就是像蠟燭一樣，燃燒自己，照亮別人，默默奉獻(xiàn)的老師們。在一定程度上，好老師決定好學(xué)生。所以，師資力量和教育質(zhì)量也同樣重要。作為一名學(xué)生，我多么希望有一個(gè)好老師��！那么，我心目中的好老師是什么樣子的呢？

現(xiàn)在，不少教師經(jīng)常體罰或破口大罵一些犯錯(cuò)誤及成績(jī)不太好的同學(xué)�？吹缴磉叞l(fā)生的一個(gè)個(gè)典型事例，我十分痛心，并堅(jiān)決反對(duì)這種做法。我認(rèn)為，真正的教育不是對(duì)學(xué)生體罰或破口大罵，這是一種能深深刺痛孩童們的心的做法。遭受了這樣“待遇”的同學(xué)們，不僅會(huì)心情愈來(lái)愈低落，對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣也會(huì)越來(lái)越低……這種狀況發(fā)展到最后，就會(huì)對(duì)這些莘莘學(xué)子們---甚至是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)---產(chǎn)生不良的影響。所以，我認(rèn)為，一個(gè)好老師在學(xué)生成績(jī)不好或犯錯(cuò)的時(shí)候，應(yīng)該親切地去鼓勵(lì)他，指出他的錯(cuò)誤在哪，接著，以足夠的耐心，幫助他改正錯(cuò)誤---而不是以體罰或破口大罵的方式。長(zhǎng)此以來(lái)，學(xué)生不僅提高了自信心，還提高了成績(jī)---真是一舉兩得��！

it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day，while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected。 not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays，because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture。
frankly speaking，i don’t quite agree with them。indeed，we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions。 (examples)。but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture。
there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china。 on the one hand，some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful，such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc。 on the other hand，the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china。 overwhelmed by such a trend，chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture。
with the further development of the whole world，the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important。 we are indeed from different nations，but we are the citizens of the same world，so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth。the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no。 what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture。 only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture。 only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us。

在這次全市小學(xué)英語(yǔ)優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽中，共有14節(jié)詞匯課。14位教師每一位都能認(rèn)真鉆研教材，抓住重難點(diǎn)教學(xué)，努力了解學(xué)生，完成任務(wù)教學(xué)。各位老師各盡所能，各展其才，給我們帶來(lái)14節(jié)優(yōu)秀的課。下面，我就從三個(gè)方面對(duì)這些課做一下小小的點(diǎn)評(píng)：
一、對(duì)詞匯課的認(rèn)識(shí)
詞匯課聽(tīng)起來(lái)好象是單純教幾個(gè)單詞，但在語(yǔ)言教學(xué)中我們應(yīng)把握這樣一個(gè)原則：詞不離句，句不離境。這兩句話說(shuō)的什么意思？就是說(shuō)在教學(xué)中教單詞的同時(shí)，離不開(kāi)句子的教學(xué)，教語(yǔ)句的同時(shí)不能脫離環(huán)境的創(chuàng)設(shè)。在這次比賽中，我們7號(hào)老師和9號(hào)老師就做的相當(dāng)不錯(cuò)。7號(hào)老師教授的`是四種水果：pear，orange，watermelon和peach。她利用猴子了一個(gè)cai課件創(chuàng)設(shè)情景，在教單詞的同時(shí)，展示兩個(gè)動(dòng)物朋友喜不喜歡，從而引出句子：do you like……？yes，i do。/no，i don’t，同時(shí)讓學(xué)生去扮演角色。角色扮演完后，自然過(guò)渡到調(diào)查周?chē)瑢W(xué)。這樣的安排給人一種水到渠成的感覺(jué)。9號(hào)老師教的是四個(gè)形容詞：big，small，long和short。她帶領(lǐng)我們進(jìn)入了動(dòng)物園：看見(jiàn)大象學(xué)生就扮演：hi，i’m elephant。 i’m big。看見(jiàn)猴子學(xué)生就扮演：hello，i’m monkey。 i’m small�？匆�(jiàn)蛇學(xué)生就扮演：hello，i’m snake。 i’m long�？匆�(jiàn)小白兔學(xué)生就扮演：hi，i’m rabbit。 i have a short tail…學(xué)生興趣高，也非常積極主動(dòng)去運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)交際。
二、對(duì)詞匯課課堂結(jié)構(gòu)的認(rèn)識(shí)
一節(jié)好的課，首先要教學(xué)思路清晰，目的明確，重難點(diǎn)突出。我們小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)過(guò)程大致可分為以下幾塊：
1、warm—up熱身讓學(xué)生通過(guò)游戲、chant、歌曲等進(jìn)行一個(gè)暖身，調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
2、preview/revision預(yù)習(xí)或復(fù)習(xí)可對(duì)過(guò)去的相關(guān)知識(shí)進(jìn)行一下回顧展示
3、presentation and practice主要是呈現(xiàn)新知，教授新知，并能利用各種教學(xué)手段和教學(xué)方法對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行鞏固操練。在這14位參賽教師中，1號(hào)，4號(hào)，6號(hào)，8號(hào)，9號(hào)，10號(hào)，11號(hào)，13號(hào)等老師，她們運(yùn)用了competation 、chant 、tpr 、look and match、
listen and point、 listen and draw 、guessing game和task—based等教學(xué)方法，采取了師生操練、小組操練、生生操練等多種形式，給人一種多姿多彩的感覺(jué)。特別提出的是6號(hào)和10號(hào)老師，她們可能不是英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)的老師，但她們能充分利用空中資源，和學(xué)生一起學(xué)習(xí)，一起做游戲，共同操練，這很值得讓我們?nèi)ソ梃b。
4、consolidation and extension就是對(duì)我們所學(xué)的知識(shí)做一個(gè)總結(jié)和拓展。
這幾部教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)相輔相成，互相聯(lián)系。教學(xué)時(shí)我們可以用簡(jiǎn)單的游戲、歌曲甚至是短短的幾句課堂用語(yǔ)就能將它們自然銜接，慢慢過(guò)渡，但有很多老師常常忽視這些，使的下一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)的有點(diǎn)突然。比賽中我認(rèn)為做的比較好的有X號(hào)等老師。
三、關(guān)于課堂教學(xué)細(xì)節(jié)的處理
優(yōu)秀的課堂之所以優(yōu)秀，除了教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)外，還有細(xì)節(jié)的獨(dú)特處理，就如人一樣，七分長(zhǎng)相三分打扮。如1號(hào)、2號(hào)、10號(hào)老師的cai課件，4號(hào)和9號(hào)老師獨(dú)特新穎的詞卡，4號(hào)和13號(hào)老師漂亮的板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì)，11號(hào)和12號(hào)老師多樣的評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ)，13號(hào)和14號(hào)老師完整的評(píng)價(jià)體系（形成性評(píng)價(jià)與終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合），5號(hào)和12號(hào)老師好聽(tīng)的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)，特別是12號(hào)老師夸張的語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)和態(tài)勢(shì)語(yǔ)，這些都留給了我們每一個(gè)在場(chǎng)的老師深刻的印象。
總的說(shuō)來(lái)，各位老師都能較好的完成教學(xué)任務(wù)，但是也存在不少問(wèn)題，需要去改善：
1、加強(qiáng)自身學(xué)習(xí)，少犯知識(shí)性錯(cuò)誤。盡量運(yùn)用簡(jiǎn)短的英語(yǔ)，讓學(xué)生聽(tīng)懂指令。
2、缺少對(duì)語(yǔ)言情境的創(chuàng)設(shè)，各個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)之間出現(xiàn)一定的塊面，如果能夠一條線索貫穿起來(lái)就更加好了。
3、對(duì)學(xué)生的小組活動(dòng)需加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)交流的習(xí)慣。
4、要探究對(duì)課堂知識(shí)的拓展。
5、應(yīng)注重細(xì)節(jié)的處理，如板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì)、學(xué)生座位的安排、評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ)的多樣化等。

When we encounter difficulties in life, we notice that some of us choose to bury their heads in the sand. Thus, be optimistic, ladies and gentlemen, as it can give you confidence and help you see yourself through the hard times, just as Winston Churchill once said, “An optimist sees an opportunity in every calamity; a pessimist sees a calamity in every opportunity.”
Ladies and Gentlemen, keeping optimistic, you will be able to realize, in spite of some hardship, there’s always hope waiting for you, which will lead you to the ultimate success. Historically as well as currently, there are too many optimists of this kind to enumerate. You see, Thomas Edison is optimistic; if not, the light of hope in his heart could not illuminate the whole world. Alfred Nobel is optimistic; if not, the explosives and the prestigious Nobel Prize would not have come into being. And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.
A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does success, so does life. Hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles! We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful
question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, its a state of mind. Its not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. Its the matter of the will. Its the freshness of the deep spring of life.
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over
timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

俗話說(shuō)，自信是成功的第一步。自信心對(duì)于孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)尤為重要，因?yàn)樾W(xué)生的'英語(yǔ)側(cè)重于聽(tīng)說(shuō)，說(shuō)占有很大的比例。平時(shí)的跟讀、回答問(wèn)題、唱歌、游戲、對(duì)話、表演都要用到“說(shuō)”。假如孩子一開(kāi)始便沒(méi)了自信心，怕出錯(cuò)誤，不敢開(kāi)口說(shuō)，那么他的英語(yǔ)就無(wú)從得到練習(xí)，也便不會(huì)有進(jìn)步，而且會(huì)越學(xué)越?jīng)]勁。所以樹(shù)立良好的自信，說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，用英語(yǔ)，不怕犯錯(cuò)誤，是學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的第一步。在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中，要對(duì)孩子多一些表?yè)P(yáng)和鼓勵(lì)，只要孩子有點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步，都要及時(shí)表?yè)P(yáng)，讓她有成就感，家長(zhǎng)如果經(jīng)常表?yè)P(yáng)鼓勵(lì)孩子，孩子一定會(huì)有出色的表現(xiàn)。
二、讓孩子多聽(tīng)錄音，在少兒英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中，我認(rèn)為首先是加強(qiáng)聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練和說(shuō)話訓(xùn)練，然后才是讀寫(xiě)能力的培養(yǎng)。聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力差，用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交際的能力也會(huì)差，為此，作為家長(zhǎng)一定要配合學(xué)校來(lái)要求孩子，要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽(tīng)，多聽(tīng)純正的錄音，聽(tīng)?zhēng)妆�、�?tīng)清楚了以后，跟著說(shuō)。
三、讓孩子大聲說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，我每天都堅(jiān)持留出20分鐘左右時(shí)間讓孩子讀讀英語(yǔ)，不管當(dāng)天學(xué)校布置的作業(yè)多不多。我們要鼓勵(lì)孩子大聲地朗讀、對(duì)話、問(wèn)答，大聲說(shuō)，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達(dá)自己，也有利于他人糾正自己的錯(cuò)誤。
四、每天自覺(jué)地聽(tīng)錄音、朗讀、背誦、記憶，孩子放學(xué)后完成的作業(yè)，我都會(huì)檢查督促。聽(tīng)寫(xiě)、默寫(xiě)、抄寫(xiě)的作業(yè)，復(fù)習(xí)、預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)也不容草率。每一項(xiàng)作業(yè)我都會(huì)認(rèn)真檢查，并簽字。復(fù)習(xí)是鞏固知識(shí)，預(yù)習(xí)對(duì)于下一次老師要講的內(nèi)容心里有了大概的眉目，能起到抓到重點(diǎn)的作用，提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。
五、家長(zhǎng)要經(jīng)常積極主動(dòng)的和老師溝通，通過(guò)和老師的溝通既可以及時(shí)了解自己孩子在學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)情況，能夠有針對(duì)性地要求孩子鞏固學(xué)得不夠扎實(shí)的知識(shí)，也可以了解孩子在學(xué)校的行為習(xí)慣方面的情況。畢竟我們?cè)诩依锟吹降暮⒆又辉谠诩依锏囊幻妫趯W(xué)校的表現(xiàn)我們是看得不全面的。
XXX英語(yǔ)學(xué)校的教學(xué)形式新穎活潑，一些賞識(shí)教學(xué)，情景教學(xué)讓孩子們都很喜歡，也讓我們做家長(zhǎng)的耳目一新。在這里，我看到孩子變得更加自信、活潑，英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)興趣也越來(lái)越濃厚，學(xué)習(xí)積極性也越來(lái)越高。

我是葉施云，來(lái)自502班。我呢，雖然在老師面前是一個(gè)有點(diǎn)膽小的女生，但是我和周邊同學(xué)還是處得不錯(cuò)的。我們經(jīng)常能互幫互助，不管是男生還是女生。除此之外，我的書(shū)法也寫(xiě)得不錯(cuò)，在校內(nèi)和校外都學(xué)了好幾年的字，而且考出了六級(jí)，今年準(zhǔn)備沖刺7級(jí)。我覺(jué)得，這對(duì)于今后的幫助應(yīng)該是非常大的。
在英語(yǔ)方面，我是很有自信的，我的每次成績(jī)最少能達(dá)到90分以上。另外，我還在外面學(xué)了三年多的英語(yǔ)，目前已經(jīng)升到新概念1—2了。這對(duì)于我的視、聽(tīng)、說(shuō)水平是非常重要的`，也大大增加了我的詞匯量。每次默寫(xiě)單詞，我?guī)缀醵寄軐?xiě)全對(duì)。就在上一次第一單元所有單詞默寫(xiě)中，三顆星（最高也是三顆星）呢。在家中，我都會(huì)花上25分鐘左右的時(shí)間來(lái)流利地朗讀課文。有空時(shí)我還會(huì)看帶有英文的書(shū)，爸爸說(shuō)這能提高我的英語(yǔ)水平。遇到不懂的還可以翻開(kāi)英文字典查看注釋。以上幾點(diǎn)，大大地增強(qiáng)了我的語(yǔ)法知識(shí)。
