一、根據(jù)我國(guó)《民法通則》第16條規(guī)定，未成年人的父母是未成年人的法定監(jiān)護(hù)人。根據(jù)我國(guó)民法和司法解釋的相關(guān)規(guī)定，監(jiān)護(hù)人的監(jiān)護(hù)職責(zé)包括保護(hù)被監(jiān)護(hù)人的身體健康，照顧被監(jiān)護(hù)人生活，對(duì)被監(jiān)護(hù)人進(jìn)行管理和教育等等。廣大家長(zhǎng)應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)識(shí)到對(duì)未成年子女法定監(jiān)護(hù)人的監(jiān)護(hù)職責(zé)，主動(dòng)配合學(xué)校，切實(shí)履行好對(duì)子女在離開學(xué)校后的安全教育與監(jiān)管職責(zé)。

三、預(yù)防孩子溺水的措施：1.教育孩子應(yīng)在父母(成人)帶領(lǐng)下游泳；2.教育孩子不要獨(dú)自在河邊玩耍；3.不去非游泳區(qū)游泳；4.不會(huì)游泳者，不要游到深水區(qū)，即使帶著救生圈也不安全；5.游泳前要做適當(dāng)?shù)臏?zhǔn)備活動(dòng)，以防抽筋；6.雨天在河塘邊行走、在井邊打水要格外小心。
