【酒店英語(yǔ)自我介紹面試技巧】
所以無(wú)論是中文面試還是英文面試，簡(jiǎn)單概括可分為以下三大部分：
�、� 我是，I Am;
② 我能，I Can;
�、� 我會(huì)，I Will.
以下為某位HR從技術(shù)層面對(duì)于面試自我介紹的一點(diǎn)看法：
通過(guò)這幾年大大小小的面試，總結(jié)以及與前輩的交流，我給自己大致設(shè)定了一個(gè)回答類(lèi)似“Why don't you tell me a little bit of yourself"問(wèn)題的模板。
1、大致背景介紹及目前狀況 (Background)
類(lèi)似于“我叫xxx，xxx大學(xué)xxx專(zhuān)業(yè)研究生在讀，本科畢業(yè)于xxxx。目前我在xxx組織擔(dān)任xxx職位，在xxx公司兼任xxx職位……”的大致介紹。
2、職位相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹(Professional)
舉出幾個(gè)與你面試職位相關(guān)的(工作/實(shí)習(xí))經(jīng)歷。不要只羅列，要用具體事例告訴面試官你做到了什么，學(xué)到了什么，達(dá)成了什么。不要說(shuō)“我表達(dá)能力好”和“我勤奮肯干”，要說(shuō)“我被破例允許以實(shí)習(xí)生的身份在每天的晨會(huì)上做宏觀(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)簡(jiǎn)報(bào)”和“在主動(dòng)完成分配的工作之余，我還在實(shí)習(xí)的兩個(gè)月內(nèi)先后幫助同事完成了xxx，xxx和xxx三個(gè)項(xiàng)目/報(bào)告”。
跟你面試職位聯(lián)系緊密的經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先，其他工作經(jīng)歷的依相關(guān)度的遞減而優(yōu)先度遞減。比如你要去面投行，之前金融相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷肯定要優(yōu)先考慮，營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)次之。當(dāng)然由于很多技巧是可轉(zhuǎn)移(Transferable Skills) 的(比如注重細(xì)節(jié)，工作負(fù)責(zé)，主動(dòng)創(chuàng)新等)，所以如果語(yǔ)言組織的好，不那么相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷也可以很好地讓面試官看出他希望從你身上看到的能力。
3、個(gè)人其他值得一提的經(jīng)歷(Personal)
與工作無(wú)關(guān)，但是能夠給面試官留下深刻印象的個(gè)人經(jīng)歷。比如曾經(jīng)騎行西藏，去非洲做過(guò)義工，做過(guò)TED speaker等等。終極目的是讓面試官?gòu)母星樯袭a(chǎn)生 “我愿意和這樣的人共事”的想法。
對(duì)于面試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，有這么一個(gè)所謂的“候機(jī)法則”(我忘了是不是這個(gè)名字)，意為面試官通過(guò)面試要選出一個(gè)他愿意與之等一個(gè)小時(shí)飛機(jī)的人。也就是說(shuō)你要有趣不無(wú)聊，讓人樂(lè)意跟你一起呆至少一個(gè)小時(shí)。從這個(gè)角度看，回答中的第三部分其實(shí)是很重要的，這一部分如果答的好，能夠成功建立起與面試官的認(rèn)同感聯(lián)系(rapport)，并且塑造自己的個(gè)人形象并喚起面試官對(duì)你個(gè)人的興趣。
如果專(zhuān)業(yè)水平過(guò)關(guān)，那么面試人主要拼的就是這一部分了——是不是招人待見(jiàn)。雖然你會(huì)在接下來(lái)的整個(gè)面試來(lái)討面試官的喜歡，但是在這里開(kāi)個(gè)好頭似乎也不是什么壞事。
面試，是在經(jīng)歷了資格審查，筆試篩選后的最后一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。要在留下來(lái)進(jìn)行面試的人中勝出，面試中如何自我介紹很重要。
以下是面試自我介紹的四個(gè)注意事項(xiàng)：
1、自我介紹要像和朋友聊天，越自然越好，所以準(zhǔn)備時(shí)要盡量避免書(shū)面化，一定要口語(yǔ)化。本身口語(yǔ)化也是對(duì)自己的心理暗示，比較放松，不會(huì)很緊張。
2、比較容易出錯(cuò)的地方是，只想說(shuō)自己的得意之處，而不顧用人單位的需求。
3、研究用人單位的需求，自己的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)介紹，要與用人單位的需求相對(duì)接。
4、適當(dāng)講述個(gè)人成功的經(jīng)歷和事例，比用自我標(biāo)榜式的語(yǔ)言講述好。
【面試酒店英語(yǔ)自我介紹范文】
When I left college, I wanted to go into hotel and catering work so I took up a position as a receptionist to learn some front of house skills.
Working for a chain of hotels opened up opportunities and I was accepted as a junior manager after 2 years and was promoted to Front of House Manager after another year.
I then moved to a more prestigious hotel within the group as Assistant Manager reporting to the General Manager and was there for 2 years gaining really good experience in budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house: reception, concierge, reservations, food and beverage operations and housekeeping.
I held full responsibility for staff management and motivation, food control and sales, wine and liquor stocks, including the planning and coordinating of menus, being very experienced and capable of advising customers on menu and wine choice. I am also acknowledged as being very good at meeting and greeting customers and organising table reservations.
After another 2 years I accepted a position as Deputy Manager of a privately owned, 400 year old converted Yorkshire farmhouse set in 80 acres on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds specialising in the highest levels of customer care and personal service with 14 guest bedrooms, 3 self catering cottages, conference and event facilities for up to 85 guests and a Farmhouse Restaurant & Bar for up to 55 guests.
I have been fully accountable for the business performance of restaurants which involved analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and maintaining profitability and preparing regular reports for management.
I have organised rotas for all departments i.e. Housekeeping, Reception Weddings and Events and the Restaurant which covers breakfasts, lunches, conferences and dinners.
I have also instigated and implemented a direct marketing strategy to increase sales leading to significant improvements in the Restaurant business; I maximised sales revenues through up-selling and planning of marketing programmes.
So, when I saw your advert for the General Manager's position I was really excited as I had just started to think about looking for a similar role and I am confident of having the Hotel and Catering management skills and experience that you require.
As I mentioned, I am extensively experienced in the trade, which includes front of house, restaurants, bar and functions management.
With my excellent organizational ability and interpersonal skills I run operations efficiently and profitably, and provide the highest levels of customer service, in fact I was 20** winner in the Real Welcome category of the Welcome to Yorkshire Tourism Awards.
