60% of the students support this action. They express that interviews can evaluate a student in a more thorough and comprehensive way. It can encourage students to develop their own interests and personalities. What’s more, with the development of society, a more open and efficient way to test a student’s abilities is needed. On the other hand, the other 40% students are against this idea. They argue that first, interviews may be subjective and one-sided, which could lead to unfairness. Second, not all students are good at showing their talents in interviews. Last but not least, a student can’t be judged in only three or five minutes.
60%的學(xué)生支持這一行動(dòng)。他們表示，面試可以評估一個(gè)學(xué)生在一個(gè)更深入和全面的方式。它可以鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生發(fā)展自己的興趣和個(gè)性。而且，隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，對學(xué)生的能力進(jìn)行更為高效的測試是必要的。另一方面，其他40%個(gè)學(xué)生都反對這個(gè)想法。他們認(rèn)為，第一，面試可能是主觀的和片面的，這可能導(dǎo)致不公平。其次，不是所有的學(xué)生都善于在面試中展示他們的才華。最后但并非最不重要，一個(gè)學(xué)生不能被判斷在只有三或五分鐘。
The Advantage of Internships 實(shí)習(xí)的好處
Internships must be very familiar for every graduate. In China, it is our traditional to have internships before graduating. They think it is good for students to experience the social life in advance. Although it couldn’t receive the agreement of all people, but I think it will do good to students. There are several reasons to support my opinion.
First of all, internships help students experience social life in advance. Nowadays, most students are the little prince and princess in their family. When they are studying in school, they seldom have the chance to connect with society. However, it is ironical that they have to enter the society when they graduate from university. At that time, internships give them the chance to do preparation before entering the society. At least, they will have a general understanding about the society in their psychology.
What’s more, students can figure out their direction on finding jobs through internships. As students spend most of their time on study, most of them are confused about finding jobs. They don’t know what kind of job they should find. Through internship, they can at least know their attitude on the job they are working, even they can figure out their career aim.
In conclusion, internships have many advantages, especially for those students, who do not have any working experience. They should consider it as a good chance.
每個(gè)畢業(yè)生肯定對實(shí)習(xí)很熟悉。在中國，畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)是傳統(tǒng)。他們認(rèn)為提前體驗(yàn)社會(huì)生活對學(xué)生是有好處的。雖然并不是所有人都這么認(rèn)為，但我覺得實(shí)習(xí)對學(xué)生是有好處的。有幾個(gè)理由來支持我的.觀點(diǎn)。
首先，實(shí)習(xí)可以幫助學(xué)生提前體驗(yàn)社會(huì)生活。如今，大多數(shù)學(xué)生在家里面都是小王子、小公主。他們在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)候，很少有機(jī)會(huì)與社會(huì)接觸。然而，可笑的是，他們一畢業(yè)就要進(jìn)入社會(huì)了。這樣的話，實(shí)習(xí)就是給他們機(jī)會(huì)為進(jìn)入社會(huì)提前做好準(zhǔn)備。至少，他們在心中對社會(huì)可以有個(gè)大體的了解。
更重要的是，通過實(shí)習(xí)，學(xué)生可以弄清自己找工作時(shí)的方向。由于學(xué)生大部分時(shí)間都是花在學(xué)習(xí)上，對于找工作都是很困惑的。他們不知道應(yīng)該找什么樣的工作。通過實(shí)習(xí)，他們至少可以知道他們對于所實(shí)習(xí)的工作喜不喜歡，甚至還可以找到自己的職業(yè)目標(biāo)。
總之，實(shí)習(xí)有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，特別是對于那些沒什么工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)生。他們應(yīng)該把它當(dāng)作一個(gè)好機(jī)會(huì)。

1. Do you think it is a good idea?

Nowadays, there is a growing tendency that college graduates in mounting numbers choose to work as village officials after graduation. People’s attitudes towards this phenomenon differ sharply. Some hold the positive view while others are against it. From my perspective, I believe that it is a wise choice.
The reason why I support them can be listed as follows: on the one hand, college graduates can contribute a lot to the development of the countryside. Firstly, having received formal education and professional training in universities, college graduates can help peasants master advanced technology. Besides, by spreading and introducing new concepts, they can also accelerate the development of rural culture. Consequently, the gap between the city and the countryside can be gradually narrowed. On the other hand, college graduates themselves can also benefit a lot from being village officials. In the first place, working in rural areas with adverse environmental condition and lower living standard, they are more likely to foster a spirit of hard-working and independence. Moreover, compared with their peers competing for limited positions, those who work as village officials enjoy more opportunities and are more likely to bring their abilities and potential into full play.
Therefore, it is a win-win choice for college graduates to work as village officials and more graduates should be encouraged to work in the countryside.
現(xiàn)在，有一種愈發(fā)明顯的趨勢，越來越多的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生選擇畢業(yè)后當(dāng)村官。人們對這個(gè)現(xiàn)象的態(tài)度明顯不同。有些人持有積極的態(tài)度，而有些人反對。就我而言，這是一個(gè)明智的選擇。
我支持他們的理由可以羅列如下：首先，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生可以對農(nóng)村的發(fā)展做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。一，在大學(xué)接受了正規(guī)教育和專業(yè)訓(xùn)練后，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生可以幫助農(nóng)民掌握先進(jìn)的技術(shù)。再者，通過傳播和引入一些新的概念，他們也可以促進(jìn)農(nóng)村文化的發(fā)展。因此，農(nóng)村和城市的差距可以逐漸減少。另外一方面，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生自身也可以從當(dāng)村官這件事中受益良多。一、在農(nóng)村惡劣的環(huán)境和較低的生活質(zhì)量下工作，他們更有可能養(yǎng)成努力和獨(dú)立的精神。再者，與他們在城市爭奪優(yōu)先的職位的同齡人想必，當(dāng)村官的學(xué)生擁有更多地機(jī)會(huì)并且更有可能充分發(fā)揮自己的潛能。
因此，當(dāng)村官是一個(gè)雙贏的選擇，而且更多地畢業(yè)生應(yīng)該到農(nóng)村工作。
