終身受益的話
一位少年去拜訪一位年長(zhǎng)的智者。他問智者：“我如何才能成為一個(gè)自己愉快，同時(shí)也能給別人帶去愉快的人呢?”智者看著他說：“孩子，在你這個(gè)年齡有這樣的愿望，已經(jīng)很難得了。我送你四句話。第一句話是，把自己當(dāng)成別人。你能說說這句話的含義嗎?”
少年回答說：“是不是說，在我感到痛苦憂傷的時(shí)候，就把自己當(dāng)成別人，這樣痛苦就自然減輕了;當(dāng)我欣喜若狂之際時(shí)，把自己當(dāng)成別人，那些狂喜也會(huì)變得平和中正一些吧?”
智者微微點(diǎn)頭，接著說：“第二句話，把別人當(dāng)成自己�！鄙倌瓿了家粫�(huì)兒，說：“這樣就可以真正同情別人的不幸，理解別人的需求，在別人需要的時(shí)候給予恰當(dāng)?shù)膸椭?”
智者兩眼發(fā)光，繼續(xù)說道：“第三句話，把別人當(dāng)成別人�！鄙倌暾f：“這句話的意思是不是說，要充分地尊重每個(gè)人的獨(dú)立性，在任何情況下都不可侵犯他人的核心領(lǐng)地?”
智者哈哈大笑說：“很好，很好。孺子可教也!第四句話是，把自己當(dāng)成自己。這句話理解起來太難了，留著你以后慢慢品味吧�！鄙倌暾f：“這四句話之間有太多自相矛盾之處，我用什么才能把它們統(tǒng)一起來呢?”智者說：“很簡(jiǎn)單，用一生的時(shí)間和經(jīng)歷�！鄙倌瓿聊撕芫�，然后叩首告別。
后來少年變成了壯年人，又變成了老人。再后來他離開這個(gè)世界很久以后，人們都還時(shí)時(shí)提到他的名字。人們都說他是一位智者，因?yàn)樗且粋�(gè)愉快的人，而且也給每一個(gè)見到過他的人帶來了愉快
