親愛(ài)的各位國(guó)內(nèi)外貴賓：
首先，我要向積極協(xié)助這次“2004年韓國(guó)纖維紡織品展覽會(huì)”召開的中韓兩國(guó)有關(guān)人
士致以深深的謝意。
中國(guó)正以其日益發(fā)展的面貌和巨大的消費(fèi)潛力令世界矚目。據(jù)專家預(yù)測(cè)：2016年中
國(guó)將占據(jù)世界纖維生產(chǎn)量的近60%和世界纖維消費(fèi)量的約40%。在飛速發(fā)展的中國(guó)上海，為了兩國(guó)纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展而舉辦“2004年韓國(guó)纖維紡織品展覽會(huì)”，這實(shí)在令人興奮。我深信此次展覽會(huì)定會(huì)成為中韓兩國(guó)共同繁榮的交流盛會(huì)。
此次展示會(huì)為期3天，在規(guī)模上比去年擴(kuò)大了1.5倍。會(huì)上將推出以尖端新材料為
首的具有國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)的服裝品牌，裝飾面料、家用紡織品款式等顯示韓國(guó)纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)風(fēng)采的多樣化產(chǎn)品。纖維材料、服裝、裝飾面料等，總共有156家企業(yè)參加本次多達(dá)430余個(gè)展位的展示會(huì)。
特別是在這次展覽會(huì)上，躍躍欲試打入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的國(guó)內(nèi)代表性服裝品牌蜂擁而至，
向人們展示了韓國(guó)服裝產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)水平以及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。這次展覽會(huì)還為以中國(guó)為首的世界各國(guó)購(gòu)買商提供了購(gòu)買韓國(guó)高速發(fā)展的纖維衣料以及服裝產(chǎn)品的好機(jī)會(huì)。
去年由于非典肆虐，購(gòu)買者寥寥無(wú)幾，與最初預(yù)想的購(gòu)買力想差很遠(yuǎn)。這次參展的
企業(yè)都懷有極大的熱情，購(gòu)買者也有濃厚的興趣，因此我們期待展覽會(huì)能夠大有所獲。
我想在這里強(qiáng)調(diào)的是：要通過(guò)這種活動(dòng)，為韓中纖維產(chǎn)業(yè)的共同發(fā)展打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基
矗尤其這一次不僅是展覽韓國(guó)纖維產(chǎn)品的展示會(huì)，也是一個(gè)宣傳韓國(guó)文化的大好機(jī)會(huì)。其間將舉辦在中國(guó)頗具人氣的韓流明星、演藝界人士參加的服裝表演，還有WAX,NRG,酷龍，JEWELRY等韓中著名歌手的聯(lián)合演出。此次展覽會(huì)將同時(shí)推出一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)與文化交流的斑斕舞臺(tái)。
在過(guò)去數(shù)千年間，韓中兩國(guó)一直保持著緊密的合作關(guān)系。2005年開始取消配額制后，
世界將進(jìn)入一個(gè)自由競(jìng)爭(zhēng)時(shí)代。如果韓中兩國(guó)能以傳統(tǒng)的友好關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)，在纖維、服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)方面互相取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短的話，兩國(guó)必將主導(dǎo)亞洲乃至世界市常

今年是中華人民共和國(guó)成立60周年。建國(guó)以來(lái)特別是改革開放30年來(lái)，中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和對(duì)外開放取得了舉世矚目的成就，經(jīng)濟(jì)總量躍居全球第四，外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口居全球第三，吸收外資連續(xù)16年居發(fā)展中國(guó)家之首，為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。去年以來(lái)，面對(duì)國(guó)際金融危機(jī)的蔓延和深化，中國(guó)政府反應(yīng)迅速、判斷準(zhǔn)確、科學(xué)決策，將宏觀調(diào)控重點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向“保增長(zhǎng)、擴(kuò)內(nèi)需、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)”，在擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的同時(shí)，努力保持對(duì)外貿(mào)易的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)。1-5月份，扣除價(jià)格因素，社會(huì)消費(fèi)品零售總額同比增長(zhǎng)16.4%，比去年同期加快4.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。但受金融危機(jī)影響，對(duì)外貿(mào)易仍處于低位運(yùn)行，1-5月貿(mào)易額下降24.7%，其中出口下降21.8%。為此，各地正在積極采取措施，努力把金融危機(jī)的影響降到最低程度。今天在這里舉辦的藏毯國(guó)際展覽會(huì)，就是青藏兩省區(qū)貫徹“保增長(zhǎng)”目標(biāo)的重要舉措，同時(shí)也為當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下國(guó)際地毯界加強(qiáng)合作交流、共同應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)提供了良好契機(jī)。

藏毯作為集藏民族文化與藝術(shù)于一體的工藝珍品，越來(lái)越受到國(guó)內(nèi)外消費(fèi)者的青睞。截至目前，青海藏毯國(guó)際展覽會(huì)已成功舉辦五屆，累計(jì)成交額達(dá)1.6億美元，已成為西部地區(qū)對(duì)外開放的重要平臺(tái)，有力地促進(jìn)了周邊省區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，帶動(dòng)了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和農(nóng)牧民增收。為進(jìn)一步落實(shí)好國(guó)家西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略，促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，商務(wù)部將在原有工作基礎(chǔ)上，繼續(xù)一如既往地支持這一展會(huì)的舉辦，不斷提高其國(guó)際化、專業(yè)化水平。
