還有在去年12月，四川省眉山市8個(gè)迷戀網(wǎng)絡(luò)的少年在虛擬世界殺得昏天地暗還不過(guò)癮，他們把攻擊目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)向了一個(gè)有血有肉，活蹦亂跳的年僅14歲的中學(xué)生，直至目標(biāo)永遠(yuǎn)地倒下……
這些驚心動(dòng)魄的事例，難道還不足以說(shuō)明沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲的危害嗎？
網(wǎng)絡(luò)只是我們交流的工具，并不是游戲機(jī)，要做到網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全，必須做到這幾點(diǎn)：
1、多用網(wǎng)絡(luò)去交流、學(xué)習(xí)。
2、少在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上玩游戲。
3、在使用電腦是不宜連續(xù)使用過(guò)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。
4、不在網(wǎng)上散布假消息，不在網(wǎng)上散布、點(diǎn)擊黃色信息。
如果做到這幾點(diǎn)，上網(wǎng)就是安全的、健康的、快樂(lè)的。
我平時(shí)上網(wǎng)時(shí)，即使是玩游戲每次持續(xù)上網(wǎng)也不超過(guò)半小時(shí)，我還給自己定了個(gè)規(guī)則，每星期最多只玩一小時(shí)，每次玩不能超過(guò)半小時(shí)，即使一次性用完，中間也要放松10分鐘。我在玩游戲時(shí)，對(duì)游戲內(nèi)容也是有選擇的，對(duì)于暴力的、黃色的絕對(duì)不上；不健康的網(wǎng)站不上；有空時(shí)玩玩綠色的、大型的兒童游戲，比如摩爾莊園、賽爾號(hào)等游戲。
總之一句話，為了您和家人的身心健康，上網(wǎng)要安全、健康、快樂(lè)，請(qǐng)不要沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲。

不可否認(rèn)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)是把雙刃劍。在當(dāng)今社會(huì)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全不得不引起了很多人的重視。網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)當(dāng)今社會(huì)的影響還是很大的。網(wǎng)絡(luò)究竟是利大于弊，還是弊大于利呢？這是一個(gè)引人深思的問(wèn)題。
首先，網(wǎng)絡(luò)確實(shí)為人們帶來(lái)了許多的便利。人們跨越不出門但卻跨越知天下大小事。還可以在網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物、網(wǎng)上聊天、聽歌等等。由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)達(dá)，一個(gè)個(gè)棘手的問(wèn)題接踵而來(lái)。例如有一些人因沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)而無(wú)法自拔。在現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)中，青少年狙猝死宇網(wǎng)吧的案例數(shù)不甚數(shù)，它引起了人們對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的高度重視。
但不得不說(shuō)，計(jì)算機(jī)是一項(xiàng)偉大的發(fā)明，因?yàn)樵诰W(wǎng)上幾乎能查到自己想找的資料。但也由于它的發(fā)達(dá)，會(huì)死很多人在玩的時(shí)候興奮過(guò)度而永遠(yuǎn)長(zhǎng)眠于地下。所以說(shuō)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)也是恐怖的。
網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全成了很多人關(guān)心的問(wèn)題，很多人發(fā)出由衷的疑問(wèn)：“怎樣使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)才安全呢？”我認(rèn)為：者何人的自制力有很大的關(guān)系。因?yàn)槠＠圻^(guò)后適當(dāng)?shù)穆犚幌赂枨梢允谷朔潘伞５械娜藚s無(wú)節(jié)制的玩，這不僅不能起到效果，反而還會(huì)使人更加頹獸，這不違背了自己最終的意愿了嗎？
有些商家為了個(gè)人利益，發(fā)明出血腥場(chǎng)面的.游戲，但卻能吸引大批的青少年。他們僅僅是為了尋求刺激。但這卻使他們的身心健康受到了影響，心靈開始扭曲，放佛自己身臨其境，從而分不清虛實(shí)。所以說(shuō)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是虛構(gòu)的也不夠如此罷了。
我認(rèn)為我們應(yīng)該利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)，遠(yuǎn)離那些不堪入眼的資料。但在我們查閱資料時(shí)常會(huì)彈出一些無(wú)聊的廣告，這對(duì)我們的影響也是極大的，因?yàn)樘幱谇啻浩诘奈覀兠悦＃闷�。但這往往會(huì)使我們掉下懸崖。當(dāng)這是，我們應(yīng)該向老師、家長(zhǎng)以及自己信任的人求助。
不過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)也是精彩的，看的就是我們?cè)鯓尤ダ�。例如，我們可以發(fā)郵件與異國(guó)的人聊天，我們不用擔(dān)心語(yǔ)言不通而無(wú)法聊天，因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)上有翻譯軟件的，這樣我們還可以學(xué)習(xí)異國(guó)文化。
但也有的人不務(wù)正業(yè)，在網(wǎng)上發(fā)許多不良信息來(lái)誤導(dǎo)別人的思想。所以網(wǎng)絡(luò)是把雙刃劍，可以成全一個(gè)人，但也可以毀掉一個(gè)人，看的就是我們?cè)鯓邮褂谩?/p>
有很多人的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全意識(shí)弱，隨便將自己的號(hào)碼和地址給網(wǎng)上認(rèn)識(shí)的陌生人，從而讓犯罪分子有了犯罪的機(jī)會(huì)，殊不知，這給自己的安全帶來(lái)隱患。
還有的人將別人的照片經(jīng)過(guò)處理（丑化）發(fā)到網(wǎng)上去，這不僅犯了當(dāng)事人的肖像權(quán)，還打擊別人的人格，但我們也可以通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)找到這個(gè)人并去告他維護(hù)自己的利益。網(wǎng)絡(luò)各種各樣的軟件給我們帶來(lái)方便，同時(shí)還帶來(lái)了不利的影響。
網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全還是具有很大的影響。我們應(yīng)該重視網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全方面的問(wèn)題。應(yīng)該查閱資料，讓自己得到更好的保護(hù)�？萍及l(fā)展的好處，同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了不為人知的壞處。網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的影響對(duì)我們身心健康的發(fā)展很重要，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)重視。
