面試時用英語介紹自己
目前，隨著新一輪-大學畢業(yè)生求職高峰的到來，備戰(zhàn)英語面試正逐漸成為很多畢業(yè)生的求職重點工作之一。新橙英語培訓中心專業(yè)商務(wù)面試課程教師chie介紹說，英語面試的方法因公司與工作的不同而有所不同，但基本流程是差不多的。
英語面試一般包括三輪
chie介紹說，第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發(fā)，詢問一些有關(guān)個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司也會有一部分英語筆試，主要考查應聘者基本的語言運用能力。
第二輪面試則由部門主管經(jīng)理出面，這時候有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領(lǐng)域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業(yè)務(wù)強項等。
如果前面都很順利，那么，最后一輪面試一般就是和公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了�？偛迷儐柕膯栴}一般會和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關(guān)。
面試中最需要自信
普華永道人力資源部經(jīng)理姜周紅介紹說，一般在進行英語面試時，多是希望考查應聘者聽說讀寫的實際操作能力。小組討論是英語面試的重要一環(huán)，一般來說，小組討論形式的面試其目的主要是要了解應聘者在團體中的工作反應。進一步說，面試官更多的是希望了解應聘者面對指責的態(tài)度。
姜周紅說，在外企的面試中，除了筆試之外，面試中的英語部分以考查應用能力為主，所以應聘者在面試當中最需要的是自信、敢說。不妨盡量采用簡短明了的詞匯來表達自己的意思。另外，切忌在面試當中抬高自己貶低別人�；卮饐栴}盡量自然，并作為小組成員之一在自己的負責范圍內(nèi)答題，也不要重復其他應聘者的答案。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
面試前了解一下企業(yè)文化
新橙英語培訓中心專業(yè)商務(wù)面試課程教師chie建議說，學生的先期準備主要是個人情況和業(yè)務(wù)方面。專業(yè)英語的準備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業(yè)術(shù)語或解答一個技術(shù)問題。所以，在面試前不妨去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這對與老板面談會有幫助的。
chie介紹說，英語面試目前的趨勢是通常設(shè)在一個類似于接待室的地方，而非特別準備的會場，由2-3個人負責面試。
外國人作為考官進行面試時，由于他們與我們的思維方式、習慣以及文化有所差別，因此必須熟悉他們的理解方式和語言表達方式。不同公司對外語水平的要求不同，有的只具備用外語接聽電話的水平即可，也有的要求用外語從事一般性工作。因此，應聘者必須準確了解應聘公司的外語使用程度和目的等信息后，再做出相應的對策。

在面試時，我們經(jīng)常會被要求自我介紹，所謂自我介紹，就是把自已介紹給出別人，以使別人認識自已，所以恰到好處的自我介紹，可以大大提高面試的好感。
1．了解自我介紹的分類
自我介紹根據(jù)介紹人的不同，可以分為主動型自我介紹和被動型自我介紹兩種類型。
(1)在社交活動中，在欲結(jié)識某個人或某些人卻無人引見的情況下，即可自己充當自己的介紹人，將自己介紹給對方。這種自我介紹叫做主動型的自我介紹。
(2)面試自我介紹，將自己的某些方面的具體情況進行一番自我介紹。這種自我介紹則叫做被動型的自我介紹。
2．面試自我介紹的內(nèi)容，包括本人姓名、供職的單位及部門、擔負的職務(wù)或從事的具體工作等三項，又叫工作式自我介紹內(nèi)容的三要素，通常缺一不可。
①姓名。應當一口報出，不可有姓無名，或有名無姓。
②單位。單位及部門，如可能最好全部報出，具體工作部門有時可以暫不報出。
③職務(wù)。擔負的職務(wù)或從事的具體工作，有職務(wù)最好報出職務(wù)，職務(wù)較低或者無職務(wù)，則可報出目前所從事的具體工作。

3．掌握面試自我介紹的分寸想要自我介紹恰到好處、不失分寸，就必須高度重視下述幾個方面的問題：
(1)控制時間
①進行自我介紹一定要力求簡潔，盡可能地節(jié)省時間。通常以半分鐘左右為佳，如無特殊情況最好不要長于1分鐘。為了提高效率，在作自我介紹的同時，可利用名片、介紹信等資料加以輔助。
②自我介紹應在適當?shù)臅r間進行。進行自我介紹，最好選擇在對方有興趣、有空閑、情緒好、干擾少、有要求之時。如果對方興趣不高、工作很忙、干擾較大、心情不好、沒有要求、休息用餐或正忙于其他交際之時，則不太適合進行自我介紹，
(2)講究態(tài)度
①態(tài)度要保持自然、友善、親切、隨和，整體上講求落落大方，笑容可掬。
②充滿信心和勇氣。忌諱妄自菲薄、心懷怯藐。要敢于正視對方的雙眼，顯得胸有成竹，從容不迫。
③語氣自然，語速正常，語音消晰。生硬冷漠的語氣、過快過慢的語速，或者含糊不清的語音，都會嚴重影響自我介紹者的形象。
(3)追求真實。進行自我介紹時所表述的各項內(nèi)容，一定要實事求是，真實可信。過分謙虛，一味貶低自己去討好別人，或者自吹自擂，夸大其詞，都是不足取的。
總的說來，面試自我介紹十分重要，良好的表達，不僅可以展現(xiàn)自己，而且可以大大提高用人單位的好感。
如何做精彩的面試自我介紹
在求職面試時，大多數(shù)面試考官會要求應聘者做一個自我介紹，一方面以此了解應聘者的大概情況，另一方面考察應聘者的口才、應變和心理承受、邏輯思維等能力。千萬不要小視這個自我介紹，他既是打動面試考官的敲門磚，也是推銷自己的極好機會，因此一定要好好把握。應聘者具體應注意以下幾點：
一、接到面試通知后，最好在家打個自我介紹的草稿，然后試著講述幾次，感覺一下。
二、自我介紹時首先應禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，并向所有的面試人員（如果有多個面試考官的話）示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意轉(zhuǎn)過來后才開始。
三、 注意掌握時間，如果面試考官規(guī)定了時間，一定要注意時間的掌握，既不能超時太長，也不能過于簡短。
四、介紹的內(nèi)容不宜太多的停留在諸如姓名、工作經(jīng)歷、時間等東西上，因為這些在你的簡歷表上已經(jīng)有了，你應該更多的談一些跟你所應聘職位有關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷和所取得的成績，以證明你確實有能力勝任你所應聘的工作職位。
五、在作自我簡介時，眼睛千萬不要東張西望，四處游離，顯得漫不經(jīng)心的樣子，這會給人做事隨便、注意力不集中的感覺。眼睛最好要多注視面試考官，但也不能長久注視目不轉(zhuǎn)睛。再就是盡量少加一些手的輔助動作，因為這畢竟不是在作講演，保持一種得體的姿態(tài)也是很重要的。
六、在自我介紹完后不要忘了道聲謝謝，有時往往會因此影響考官對你的印象。
