12. D 女士詢問廣告中的house的情況，男士說“sorry”,就應(yīng)該預(yù)感到不妙，而關(guān)鍵是要抓住but后面的信息：“它(這套房子)已經(jīng)售出”即D項(xiàng)“買不到了”。要想答對(duì)此題，不僅要聽懂男士的話，而且要讀懂選項(xiàng)：A項(xiàng)中的for rent意為“供租用”，for sale 意為“待售”;B有比較含義，對(duì)話中沒有比較;C“在重新裝修”，與原文信息無(wú)關(guān)。
