What does it mean to relax?Despite hearing this term thousands of times during the course of our lives, very few people have deeply considered what it's really about.
When you ask people (which I have done many times) what it means to relax, most will answer in a way that suggests that relaxing is something you plan to do later you do it on vacation, in a hammock, when you retire, or when you get everything else done.
This implies, of course, that most other times should be spent nervous, agitated, rushed, and frenzied.
Very few actually come out and say so, but this is the obvious implication.Could this explain why so many of us operate as if life were one great big emergency?
It is useful to think of relaxation as a quality of heart that you can access on a regular basis rather than something reserved for some later time.
You can relax now. It's helpful t remember that relaxed people can still be superachievers and, in fact, that relaxation and creativity go hand in hand.
When I'm feeling uptight, for example, I don't even try to write. But when I feel relaxed, my writing flows quickly and easily.

There are 60 students in my class(31 boys and 29 girls )erent students have different ways to of the students often watch TV.12students like to play computer games while 8 enjoy listening to music.5 students think doing sports is a good way and another five are busy to relax.
(As we study too long every day and suffer from too much pressure,every student should choose proper ways to my opinion, watching TV or playing computer games is not a proper way to help us relax.)I thing taking exercise is a proper way because it can rest our brains and eyes. It is when such a reaction lasts long, through continued exposure to stress, that health becomes endangered. Such serious conditions as high blood pressure and heart diseases have established links with stress. Since we cannot remove stress from our lives (it would be unwise to do so even if we could), we need to find ways to deal with it.

When I need to relax, I often take a warm bath.
I have a very big bath tub at home. When I feel stressed or tired, I will fill the bath with warm water, dim the lights, maybe light some candles, and the slightly submerge into the water, it makes me feel like I am completely cut away from the outside world.
Physical or emotional pains, schoolwork, assignment, deadlines, they all seem to go away.
During the bath I often turn on the music, soft music. It helps to soothe(真實(shí)) my mind even more.
And after about 30 minutes’ bath, I will go immediately into bed, hit the pillow, and fall asleep! It’s so relaxing.
