　　1. 作為工廠端窗口，主導(dǎo)參與HP打印機(jī)新產(chǎn)品專案項(xiàng)目的立案、team建立，主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品在工廠各階段的量試、功能驗(yàn)證、量產(chǎn)、案等工作進(jìn)度控制;

　　2.主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)過程中品質(zhì)、成本、schedule、交期及各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制及改善;

　　3.組織協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品相關(guān)物料準(zhǔn)備(自制件、外購(gòu)件和HP consign parts)、fixture,tool 生產(chǎn)制造，OPtraining，parts qualificatin等一系列相關(guān)build前的準(zhǔn)備工作的執(zhí)行，確保項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施。

　　4.對(duì)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行過程中存在的問題，及時(shí)作出準(zhǔn)確判斷，組織BOD/EODmeeting與客戶一起商討解決方案，提出決策意見并分配相關(guān)責(zé)任人進(jìn)行問題分析、解決、改善跟進(jìn)。

　　5.定期匯總項(xiàng)目信息，向HP客戶及內(nèi)部各主管匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展。組織postmoterm meeting 分析項(xiàng)目得失，總結(jié)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn);

　　6.定期組織召開項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)部例會(huì)及和客戶召開conf meeting、匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，更新項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。確認(rèn)相關(guān)具體需求，推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度按照計(jì)劃進(jìn)行;

　　7.兼任產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)工作(CostPM&BusinessPM)，作為工廠端唯一報(bào)價(jià)窗口，對(duì)相關(guān)運(yùn)營(yíng)階段所產(chǎn)生的費(fèi)用如L5 Tooling、DCN/ECR、 Fixtures&jigs、L5/L6/Lxx/CPF parts Quotation、Build NRE cost、RFQ、special request進(jìn)行最終審核及報(bào)價(jià)給HP， 同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)相關(guān)費(fèi)用的回收。

　　成果：

　　1.獨(dú)立組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)完成了兩個(gè)中等項(xiàng)目從NPI試產(chǎn)到SOR whole lifecycle順利量產(chǎn)的管理工作。

　　2.參與完成兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目平臺(tái)四個(gè)產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目從BB到MP的試產(chǎn)內(nèi)部組織管理工作。積極主導(dǎo)完成內(nèi)部相關(guān)流程改善，獲得客戶好評(píng)和認(rèn)可。

　　3.獨(dú)立完成總額為$540的模具及各種相關(guān)產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)工作。獲取相應(yīng)收益(15%~30%).

　　責(zé)任描述：

　　1>.與客戶(惠普HP)會(huì)議協(xié)商討論新產(chǎn)品新階段工作的準(zhǔn)備情況.制定Schedule 及各階段生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)任務(wù)。

　　2>.組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)內(nèi)部開展新項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入的`準(zhǔn)備工作，以客戶需求部署內(nèi)部工作重點(diǎn)和任務(wù)，制定工作預(yù)期與目標(biāo),定期開會(huì)檢查工作進(jìn)展并與客戶反映各項(xiàng)任務(wù)的情況。

　　3>.協(xié)調(diào)組織新產(chǎn)品新階段的試產(chǎn)運(yùn)行。組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)，協(xié)調(diào)各內(nèi)部單位完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)。組織日常與客戶BOD/EOD meeting討論解決產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量生產(chǎn)中的問題。

　　4>.制定交貨計(jì)劃，組織安排完成交貨任務(wù)。安排客戶在此期間的接待工作。開展產(chǎn)后問題檢討會(huì)議。制定下階段生產(chǎn)任務(wù)及目標(biāo)。部署開展相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作任務(wù)。

　　5>.作為唯一報(bào)價(jià)窗口(Business PM)，承擔(dān)并向HP提供所有設(shè)及專案產(chǎn)品的報(bào)價(jià)。如L5 Tooling、DCN/ECR、 Fixtures&jigs、L5/L6/Lxx/CPF parts Quotation、Build NRE cost、RFQ、special request等。
