1、 Familiar with related mechanic, electric and related major foundation knowledge, and has more than 10 year experience on related area、

2、 Be responsible for automation assembly process daily management which focus on each zone waste rate analysis, and set priority with Paratoo analysis、 Issue improvement plan and lead the team to implement that
負(fù)責(zé)自動裝配過程日常管理工作,重點關(guān)注每個工作區(qū)的廢品率分析,應(yīng)用柏拉圖分析設(shè)定優(yōu)先等級。提出改進(jìn)計劃和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊完成項目。
3、 Monitor process quality issue once received customer complaint, or internal quality issue from QA, will lead the team to do investigation, root cause analysis and find action plan and follow up until closed
監(jiān)控過程質(zhì)量問題,一旦收到客戶投訴,或者來自QA的質(zhì)量問題檢測報告,將負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行調(diào)查,原因分析以及尋找糾正措施計劃,并跟蹤直到完成。
4、 Have capability on preparing related validation plan and project (for equipment / product), and be indecently complete the validation report
準(zhǔn)備有關(guān)項目(設(shè)備/產(chǎn)品)的驗證計劃,并能夠獨立完成驗證報告;
5、 Have capability on communication in English, be capable to communicate with oversea engineer on the project、
具備良好的英語溝通能力,能夠就該項目與國外工程師進(jìn)行溝通交流;
6、 Have capability on writing related document (including drawing, product specification, raw material specification, process map and process risk management and audit)
具備獨立編寫相關(guān)文件的能力(包括圖紙、產(chǎn)品規(guī)范、原材料規(guī)范、工藝流程圖及過程風(fēng)險管理編制/審核);
7、 Have capability to train other engineer and sub technicians and guide how to work
具備對其他工程師及下屬技工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)并指導(dǎo)其工作的能力。

負(fù)責(zé)自動生產(chǎn)裝配線工藝管理和工藝驗證
2、 Be responsible for automation process enhancement such as OEE performance continue improvement
負(fù)責(zé)自動裝配工藝改進(jìn),如OEE的持續(xù)改進(jìn)
3、 Be participate to attend automation project buy off and support process validation as a key team member
作為一個關(guān)鍵團(tuán)隊成員,參與自動線項目的引進(jìn)和支持工藝工程的驗證
4、 Work with Project leader/engineer to develop automation process SOP which include operator SOP, maintenance SOP and Preventive Maintenance Plan Per ISO 9001/13485 requirement
按照ISO 9001/13485要求,與項目負(fù)責(zé)人或者工程師一起,開發(fā)自動裝配工藝的SOP,其中包括操作工SOP,保養(yǎng)SOP以及保養(yǎng)計劃
5、 Provide technical training to process engineer, technicians and operators when requirement is necessary
