為自己面試加分的提問

1、不善于打破沉默 不會主動與面試官交談的應(yīng)聘者通常會被認(rèn)為是“內(nèi)向”的,更有甚者會被認(rèn)為是“不善交際的”,不管哪種評價,對應(yīng)聘者都有負(fù)面影響。

2、與面試官“套近乎” 具備一定專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的面試官是忌諱與應(yīng)試者套近乎的,因為面試中雙方關(guān)系過于隨便或過于緊張都會影響面試官的評判。

3、為偏見或成見所左右 對面試官的言行舉止不滿,或質(zhì)疑面試官的能力,從而對公司失去客觀的判斷是比較常見的偏見。這也會讓應(yīng)聘者失去一個好機會。

But if you are prepared to take a risk, then this final question is a gamble that just might pay off.
