問題一:could you please describe yourself?(能否請你形容一下自己?)
比方說,今天你打算去應征行銷的職務,你就可以說∶ i am creative andmotivated. i worked onseveral major marketing projects with positiveresults. i am nowlooking for a challenging marketing position in anestablishedcompany.(我有創(chuàng)意、又積極。
問題二:why do you think we should employ you?(你認為我們?yōu)楹我陀媚悖浚?/p>
假設(shè)你今天要應征機械工程的工作,你就可以說∶ i amsuitable for the position, not only because i have a masters degreein mechanical engineering, butalso because i have worked in thisfield for more than five years. i believe that my experience can beput to use in further developing your business.(我很適合該職位,不只因為我有機械工程學的碩士學位,更因為我在該產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)有五年多的工作經(jīng)驗,我相信,我的經(jīng)驗可以派上用場,進一步推動貴公司的事業(yè)。)
問題三:what classes did you like best back inschool?(在學校你最喜歡哪門課?)
假如你今天要應征會計的工作,你就可以回答statistics, accounting and calculus were my favorite subjectsbecause i am good at crunching numbers.(統(tǒng)計、會計與微積分是我最喜愛的科目,因為我對于計算復雜的數(shù)字很在行。)
問題四:what do you think are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?(你自認自己最大的優(yōu)劣勢分別為何?)
比方說你可以回答∶mygreatest weakness is that i value leisure time spent with my familyand therefore i treasure my weekends and free time in the evenings.my greatest strength is my commitment to work. i strive forexcellence and always try to do my best.(我最大的缺點是我珍惜與家人相處的閑暇時間,所以我很重視周末與晚間休息的時間。
問題五:what do you think are your strongestskills?(你認為你最強的技能是什么?)
假設(shè)你今天要應征客服人員的工作,你就可以回答 my strongest skills are handling complaintswith great patience. i think solving customer complaints is awonderful way to win customer loyalty, and i am happy to deal withany problems people may have.(我最強的專長技能就是耐心地處理抱怨,我認為抱怨是贏得顧客忠誠度的好方法,我也很樂意解決人們遇到的問題。)
問題六:why do you want to work for us?(你為什么想要替我們工作?)
你可以這么回答:your company is a renowned leader in the industry and has highgrowth potential. i wish to work for anestablished company where my talents and expertise can be fully putto use. it seems clear to methat your company can challenge my abilities and provide a goodopportunity for professional development.
問題七:how much do you know about our company?(你對本公司了解多少?)
如果你想應征計算機零件物流方面的工作,你可以回答: ive read the annual reports of yourcompany of the past three years, and i have come to realize thatyour company enjoys leadership in domestic distribution of computerparts. i believe that mymanagement experience will be an asset to your company.
