表面處理專家 key responsibilities:
in alignment with central competence groups, to support product development projects, manufacturing projects &; customer performance analysis related to surface technology (coating, corrosion, phosphating, black oxidation…etc.)
to map all the coating application in skf china, and set up the coating development projects
to support the coating supplier’s development and release
to support the failure analysis related the coatings.
to apply the suitable coating for the bearings to improve the performance.
to produce technical reports, presentations, explanations and communications to internal customers for surface technical issues. to help preparing external communications.
to train to colleagues to enhance technical competence
to participate to technical seminars for customers
to collaborate with external universities / institutes
to collaborate with central competence groups on fundamental research projects
master degree or above in electrochemistry, coating (phosphating, black oxidation…)
at least 8 years on coating (phosphating, black oxidation…) related working experience in industry.
familiar with coating process and test equipment/method
familiar with ms-office practical usage.
ability to work across cultures and multicultural environments
customer focused, self-motivated, structured and analytical problem solver with a high level of personal drive and commitment
good team and networking aptitude, open minded
excellent english - written &; verbal communication skills

工藝工程師(表面處理噴涂方向)工作職責:
1. 新產(chǎn)品設計階段cmf的需求收集與可行性評估分析,進行工藝設計、工藝迭代、制程良率提升和最終量產(chǎn)導入;
2. 負責產(chǎn)品表面處理工藝標準的`制定,分析解決現(xiàn)場工藝問題;
3. 產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)及可靠性驗證時出現(xiàn)的異常處理與改善提升;
4. 負責新材料、新工藝的開發(fā)、測試與應用。
任職資格:
1. 3年以上產(chǎn)品工藝開發(fā)經(jīng)驗,本科以上學歷,機械、化學、高分子材料相關專業(yè);
2. 熟悉高分子和金屬材料特性,熟悉涂料基礎理論及應用特性,精通產(chǎn)品表面噴涂工藝;
3. 了解壓鑄、注塑成型、cnc等材料加工工藝;
4. 具備相關領域失效分析、測試及問題改善能力;
5. 具備較強責任心、良好的溝通能力及團隊協(xié)作能力。

表面處理工程師職責描述:

4.新物料及新設備測試
任職要求:
1.本科及以上學歷(經(jīng)驗豐富者可放寬至大專,3年以上pcb濕制程工作經(jīng)驗;有高多層及hdi經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
2.熟悉電鍍制程各類藥水特性及管控基準與方法,熟悉龍門&;vcp電鍍線、ses、plasma等設備操作,熟悉普通直流電鍍、脈沖電鍍的工作原理與管控方法,有tenting和pattern plating生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗,能獨立編寫電鍍制程相關sop,解決制程各類品質(zhì)異常。
3.學習能力強,有一定的外語基礎,能看懂英文資料,掌握常用的品管及統(tǒng)計手法,具有較強的`報告寫作能力。
4.有較強的團隊合作精神,心態(tài)積極上進,抗壓能力強。
