中美兩國達(dá)成氣候減排合約，意味著全球最大的兩個碳排放體進(jìn)入全球碳排放體系。中美氣候減排的合約也是中國市場開啟的一個信號，現(xiàn)在全國碳排放權(quán)交易市場方案已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了加速研究的階段，并且有可能在2016年推出，中國市場將迎來新機(jī)遇。
