自助餐 The Buffet
I like to eat buffet so much, because I can taste so many food at the same time. There are all kinds of fruits, meat and ice cream, I like them all, so I have great motivation to eat buffet. Every time I eat buffet, I will eat as more as possible, because I think I have paid the money, I want to let the food deserve the money I pay. My stomach always gets too much food, I overeat the food and hurts my stomach. Now I pay much attention to enjoy the food, I will tell myself not to eat so much full, the money I pay is to enjoy the food instead of hurting my stomach.
我很喜歡吃自助餐，因?yàn)槲铱梢酝瑫r(shí)間嘗到很多食物。自助餐有各種各樣的水果，肉類(lèi)和冰淇淋，我都喜歡吃，所以我有很大的動(dòng)力吃自助餐。每次我吃自助餐，我會(huì)盡可能地多吃，因?yàn)槲乙呀?jīng)給了錢(qián)，我就想吃食物值得我付的錢(qián)。我的胃總是撐了太多的食物，我吃太多了，傷到了胃。如今我比較注重享受食物，我會(huì)告訴自己不要吃得那么飽，我付的錢(qián)是為了享受食物而不是傷胃。
亞運(yùn)會(huì) The Asian Game

第一條彩虹隧道 The First Rainbow Tunnel
Today, when I read the newspaper, I saw the interesting news, it is said that the first rainbow tunnel has been built in our country. I have seen many tunnels when I went out by bus, every time when the bus went through the tunnel, it was so dark, I felt not good, it just like I went to another gloomy space. But the rainbow tunnel is very different, it is so colorful, it looks so comfortable. It is so sweet for the workers to build such lovely tunnel, it brings the travelers good mood, the workers are so considerate, they deserve the big praise. I think if more rainbow tunnels are built, the travelers will be less tired in their journey.
今天，當(dāng)我看報(bào)紙的時(shí)候，我看到了一條有趣的新聞，據(jù)說(shuō)我過(guò)的第一條彩虹隧道已經(jīng)建成。在我乘汽車(chē)外出的時(shí)候，我看到過(guò)很多隧道，每次汽車(chē)穿過(guò)隧道，里面很黑，我感到不舒服，就像到了另一個(gè)陰郁的空間。但是彩虹隧道很不一樣，各種顏色，看起來(lái)很舒服。對(duì)于工人來(lái)說(shuō)建這樣可愛(ài)的隧道是多么的貼心啊，給旅客帶來(lái)了好心情，工人也很為人著想，他們只得受到大大的`贊揚(yáng)。我覺(jué)得如果建造更多的彩虹隧道，旅客會(huì)在他們的旅途中少些倦意。
我看到的彩虹 The Rainbow I Saw
Before I was 10, I lived in my hometown, it was a small and beautiful village, I love my hometown so much. I remembered when it rained with the sunshine, there would be the rainbow in the sky. As the sky was so blue, the rainbow was very big, just like I was in front of the rainbow, it was so amazing. After I moved to the city, I never see the rainbow as beautiful as what I saw in my hometown. In the city, there are so many building that they cover people’s eyesight, what’s more, the environment is polluted so heavy that the sky is grey. I wish to see the beautiful rainbow again.

I have learned English for many years, but I don’t have a chance to speak foreigners before, last week, I happened to encounter a foreigner, I felt so excited, he needed my help. It was on Monday, I went to the flower shop to buy a flower for my friend, because she was ill, I was going to the hospital to see her. Then a foreigner and the boss were having conversation, but the boss didn’t know what the foreigner said, I hesitated for a while, then I came to help the boss. Nowadays, as people’s live standard is much better than before, people no longer struggle for hunger, but the new problem comes. Many people suffer from sub-health, which can result in both physical and mental diseases, the worse situation is that some people may die of sub-health prematurely. Sub-health is not easy for people to perceive, it is potential, the cause of it owes to the pressure and the unhealthy life style that people face.
