獵頭英文面試常見問題
如果沒有獵取成功,預(yù)付款為何不返還?
在獵取的過程中,獵頭公司會時刻與客戶保持溝通。在遇到困難或異常情形時,會就遇到的情況聽取客戶意見,與客戶商量并找到最佳獵取方向和操作方法,以保證獵取的成功。如果在雙方多次溝通后,獵取仍不成功,獵頭公司會向客戶出示工作報告,并向客戶提出自己的看法和建議,比如,建議客戶改變招聘方向,修改薪資水平等。但是,由于前期工作需要相當?shù)某杀,所以預(yù)付款是不返還的。
企業(yè)簽定獵取合同后,如何付款?
簽定合同時,預(yù)付一定的定金,招聘成功后,在候選人到本公司上班之日起5個工作日內(nèi)一次結(jié)清其余的費用。
獵頭公司多多益善嗎?
很多企業(yè)想當然的認為,為自己提供人選的獵頭公司多多益善,可以更快更多的獲得候選人資料。所以,為了招聘一個崗位,會與三五家獵頭公司簽約(又稱日本獵頭模式)。當然,定金肯定是不付的。誰做成了算誰的。
真是這樣嗎?未必。 獵頭公司單子多,高端人才少,多家競爭會導(dǎo)致獵頭顧問的對企業(yè)的誠信度與興趣度降低,反而導(dǎo)致尋訪速度降低;另外一方面,有可能出現(xiàn)多個獵頭找到同一個人的情況,獵頭顧問尷尬的同時也容易出現(xiàn)糾紛,很多獵頭雖然表面答應(yīng)做單,暗地里可能已把該企業(yè)拉入黑名單,開始從該企業(yè)挖墻腳……
為什么要收定金?
獵頭公司在與企業(yè)簽定尋訪合同后,即開始按照相關(guān)的職位要求,尋找合適的候選人。在這個過程當中,會產(chǎn)生較多的實際花費,如通訊費、顧問的人力成本等。如果不收定金,獵頭公司要承擔較多的風(fēng)險。另外,對于企業(yè)來說,預(yù)付定金也是自身誠意的體現(xiàn),是對自己,也是對獵頭公司和候選人負責;同時收取定金也能保證企業(yè)快速對候選人進行面試。
委托獵頭公司招聘,成本會不會太高?
我們一般的收費標準是:部門經(jīng)理以上級別為其年薪的1/3,部門經(jīng)理以下級別為其年薪的1/4。表面上看,相對于一般招聘而言,成本似乎比較高。但是,深入的考查比較成本,獵頭的費用并沒有表面的那么高昂.
(1)我們可以先看一下企業(yè)廣告招聘成本:
廣告招聘成本=每次廣告費*次數(shù)+人力成本+崗位空缺潛在損失+招到勉強合格人員和優(yōu)秀人員之間的效益損失
其中,僅人力成本而言,登廣告或招聘會都需要花費hr人員大量的時間來進行簡歷的收取、篩選。而且,市場上的流動人才往往難以滿足企業(yè)高層次的人才需求,往往會造成很長時間的職位空缺,為公司帶來不可估量的損失。在沒有獲得足夠的優(yōu)秀候選人的情況下,企業(yè)不得不退而求其次,這方面的損失是無法估量的.后兩者的損失企業(yè)往往缺少深刻的認識.
(2)獵頭公司招聘可以省去企業(yè)大量的人力損耗,而且,獵頭具有廣泛的尋訪網(wǎng)絡(luò),對推薦人才進行反復(fù)篩選、評估和背景調(diào)查,具有效率高、及時準確等特點,同時可以避免用人失誤。
如果候選人拿到offer后,又改變想法,獵頭如何應(yīng)對?
一般情況下,獵頭會在與候選人溝通的過程中,根據(jù)個人情況,幫助候選人制定符合客觀實際的個人生涯規(guī)劃。候選人在做出決定之時,想法都已經(jīng)比較成熟,一般不會有反復(fù)。如果確因客觀原因改變想法,顧問會利用自己的經(jīng)驗和專長幫助其克服困難,提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。而且,顧問在候選人上班之前,會與候選人建立緊密的聯(lián)系,時刻了解其最新想法,在問題出現(xiàn)之時,就及時解決,有效地避免更復(fù)雜的情況的發(fā)生。如果萬一,候選人還是放棄了offer,獵頭會及時通知客戶,抓緊時間物色下一候選人。
如果面試過3輪,企業(yè)仍未找到滿意的人選,獵頭如何應(yīng)對?
在每一輪面試過程中,獵頭公司都會和企業(yè)保持溝通,聽取企業(yè)的反饋和意見。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)獵取工作有偏差,會在隨后的獵取工作中及時糾正,保證在下一輪提供人選時與企業(yè)的要求保持高度一致。而且,如果獵頭公司在獵取過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的要求有偏差,也會向企業(yè)說明情況,并提出應(yīng)對措施。
如果3輪面試過后,企業(yè)仍未找到滿意人選,獵頭公司會根據(jù)自己的工作進展向企業(yè)提出相關(guān)的建議。除非確因客觀原因,比如特殊行業(yè)內(nèi)人才有限,獵頭公司會繼續(xù)為企業(yè)提供相應(yīng)服務(wù),直到找到滿意人才為止。
獵頭從接單到推薦成功需要多長時間?
一般來說,如果順利的話,獵頭公司的工作在一個月內(nèi)能基本結(jié)束.至于客戶需要多少時間來面試和決定,以及候選人需要多少時間辦理辭職手續(xù),就不是獵頭公司所能控制的了.
整體而言,從接單到推薦成功(候選人上班)需要3個月時間。其中,還包含候選人離職的時間(一般為4-6個星期)。
合同簽定后,幾天內(nèi)可以提供人選,一個職位可以提供幾批人選?

一般來說,合同簽定后,獵頭公司會在15個工作日內(nèi)提供第一批人選,人數(shù)為3-4個,隨后,在3個星期內(nèi),再提供第二、第三批人選,每次提供2-3個人選,一般一個尋訪過程可以在35個工作日內(nèi)結(jié)束。
獵頭公司會不會收受候選人“賄賂”?
與中介公司不同,在任何情況下獵頭公司不向候選人收取費用。如果獵頭公司收取了候選人的好處,將不合格的人選推薦給客戶,等于是搬了石頭砸自己的腳。
獵頭公司如何對候選人進行評估?
獵頭公司有專業(yè)的評估工具,結(jié)合顧問本身的豐富的人才甄別、評估的經(jīng)驗,和詳實的背景調(diào)查,在面試的基礎(chǔ)上對候選人進行全方位的評估。
獵頭公司如何做背景調(diào)查?
有兩種方式:
一,利用獵頭公司的人際關(guān)系,從比較了解候選人并且能保守秘密的朋友做背景調(diào)查.
二,獵頭公司會根據(jù)候選人的情況,要求其提供和其有工作關(guān)系的2-3個背景咨詢?nèi)。獵頭會在這些人選里選擇1-2名做第一輪背景調(diào)查,然后再讓接受咨詢的人選提供另外的人選,進行第二輪的背景調(diào)查。
如果候選人在外地,面試所帶來的差旅費誰承擔?
有兩種情況。一種是獵頭公司到外地面試候選人,一種是候選人到企業(yè)面試。
前一種情況,獵頭公司需經(jīng)過企業(yè)的同意,費用由企業(yè)承擔。這筆費用不包括在服務(wù)費中。
后一種情況,根據(jù)一般的行業(yè)規(guī)則是由企業(yè)承擔費用,多數(shù)企業(yè)會樂意承擔這筆費用。因為,這也表明了企業(yè)對候選人的充分尊重。但是,如果企業(yè)不愿意承擔這筆費用,獵頭會建議客戶通過其他方式先和候選人進行充分溝通,等到完全滿意時再和候選人見面。等雙方有了明確的意愿,費用的支付就不是問題了。
