　　再過幾天就是新年了，家家戶戶都在為春節(jié)準(zhǔn)備著，我家也不例外。除了做衛(wèi)生、貼窗花，每次小年的時(shí)候我們家都要吃餃子，但想吃可不容易，因?yàn)槲覀兗叶际亲约喊��?/p>

　　It;s new year;s day in a few days. Every family is preparing for the Spring Festival. My family is no exception. In addition to hygiene and window decoration, we eat dumplings every time we are young, but it;s not easy to eat them, because we make our own dumplings.

　　20xx年是鼠年，當(dāng)然得吃豬肉餡餃子，所以奶奶早早就跑去買豬肉和餃子皮。上午我去上圍棋課，回來時(shí)己經(jīng)12點(diǎn)了。奶奶說吃過午飯，睡過午覺，下午我們來包餃子！這時(shí)我高興地“跳”了起來。

　　我把餃子皮放在左手上，用勺子舀了一大塊肉放上，把餃子皮兩邊一按，一個(gè)餃子就包好了。我自信滿滿地給我爸看，“包的比剛才好多了”，他說。

　　聽到了這句話，我按照剛剛那樣，繼續(xù)照葫蘆畫瓢，我一口氣就包了10個(gè)。這時(shí)爸爸說話了：“怎么樣？會(huì)了吧，我教你的好用吧！”我心里十分高興，但我沒有回答他，只是點(diǎn)了點(diǎn)頭。包餃子看似很簡(jiǎn)單，實(shí)際做起來很難，但只要掌握了其中的竅門，一切都會(huì)水到渠成。
