2、考評(píng)人根據(jù)其考核期的工作完成情況和綜合表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行全面考核,將分?jǐn)?shù)寫到相應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)一欄。

(可作為季度、半年度、年度績(jī)效考核成績(jī)參考);
