問:你如何知道你能勝任這份工作?

答:客人常常來抱怨服務(wù)速度太慢,他們通常希望我們能為他們做好一系列的配套服務(wù),其中包括一些小細節(jié)。
問:介紹一下你所在的酒店和你的工作職責
答:這是一個酒店式服務(wù)公寓,一共有108間房,大部分的客人屬于長住客(一個月起租),也有零租房間。我的工作是前臺接待,負責日常的入住退房手續(xù),同時兼顧總機,為所有在店客人提供相應(yīng)的需求。

問:介紹一下每天的工作流程
答:我的工作是翻班制的,一天工作12個小時,早上主要的工作是辦理C/O手續(xù),和相應(yīng)的服務(wù),中午需要制作當天的報表,核對收銀金額;下午開始辦理C/I手續(xù),這期間要處理客人各種投訴和需求。晚上是作為夜班值班經(jīng)理處理公寓夜間事務(wù)。另外還要完成前臺的夜審工作:核對房間數(shù)目,押金的收取情況等等。
問:你是如何處理客人投訴的?
答:當客人提出投訴時,首先先向客人致歉,然后耐心的傾聽,了解情況,如果是公寓工作上的失誤,在向客人道歉之后,做出相應(yīng)的補償。對于復雜的問題,要緩減客人的過激心態(tài),不要馬上表態(tài),向上級領(lǐng)導匯報后再給客人答復。
