So career development plan is quite essential for every undergraduate, it is the first step to realize our dreams.
PARTⅡ PESONALITY ANALYSES
1. Myself and others’ appraisal
with different people, have an eager to know something new. As for the things I don’t like, I would speak them out and sometimes may hurt somebody’s feelings. On the other side, I am a little quiet; I need some private space sometimes. I like reading books, watching some video or listening to the music. As for the unfamiliar ones, I will feel uncomfortable and show as a coward when I am chatting with them.
I have a lot of interests, traveling, reading, music, surfing the internet, calligraphy, hosting. I major science in my senior high school while I major English in my college. I think I have both a science and art mind; I am good at observation and very sensible of the environment.

2. Holland personality fit jobs test report
My pesonality type is AE (Artistic / Enterprising).
That means I don’t have a fixed personality (Because according to the chart, the A and E are not close and have S between them.). However, above them, my “Artistic” is full score, which means I have the ability of creating and designing something. I also enjoy being alone and not fit for team work. The “Enterprising” is high, too. Which means I have the ability of management and fit for the jobs involving sales and PR.
The results seem to be accordant with myself and others’ appraisal.

1. Orientations
I major in E-Commerce English. English is one of the most important language subjects. The aim is to develop inter-disciplinary talents in English orientation. Because of that we also study computer science and economy. The discipline requires students know well about English art, history, diploma, economy, culture of the English speaking countries. So the range of choosing jobs is large. We can find jobs related to international trade, teaching, business company, translating, reporting, English editing, English tour guide, and also civil servants. Since we are Northeast Normal University, so being a teacher in middle school, college, vocational school is also a marvellous choice. Except from those, going abroad to find a job is really heated recent years.
2. Futures
At present time, English has become a tool which more and more people can make good use of, and the demand for English majors decreases compared with 10 or 20 years ago. While the supply of English major graduate is increase every year, which cause a severe problem in the job market. At the same time, the standard for English majors rises steadily every year. If you want to work in metropolises, you may be required a master or doctor degree. And also your grades should be excellent. What’s more, the organization also recruits those who have work experience. There are no advantages for whom just graduating from university.
According to the data that the English Education Committee shows, the traditional English majors, who are developed based on previous experiences, just obtain a single skill. While the aim of the E-commerce English is to develop the inter-disciplinary talents. The future for the e-commerce English is very bright, because students have three vital skills - English, computer, economy knowledge. Especially the E-Commerce has developed

古語有云：工欲善其事，必先利其器。在踏進(jìn)這所學(xué)校時(shí)，遙遙無期的畢業(yè)白駒之間就在眼前，我們已經(jīng)大二下學(xué)期了，即將面臨著步入社會(huì)，在畢業(yè)來臨之際，做了一份職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃書，或許我的人生不會(huì)是像我所規(guī)劃的軌跡前行，但總的來說，我一定會(huì)成為一名對(duì)社會(huì)有益的人。
第一章：自我認(rèn)知
1.職業(yè)興趣
綜合上我的專業(yè)，目前而言，我最期待的職業(yè)是網(wǎng)站編輯，我喜歡的是可以去挖掘自己的潛力，并且發(fā)展空間大的工作，能夠偶爾變換工作的地點(diǎn)，但網(wǎng)站編輯并不一定就是我會(huì)從事的職業(yè)，未來那么長(zhǎng)，有機(jī)會(huì)應(yīng)該去多嘗試不同的工作和生活方式，多嘗試，才能知道什么才是適合自己的。
2.職業(yè)能力
個(gè)人邏輯能力較強(qiáng)，喜歡思考，思維活躍，有主見，團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力好，職業(yè)技能掌握較好，能夠達(dá)到網(wǎng)站編輯相關(guān)的工作要求。
3.個(gè)人性格
我的性格多重化，有時(shí)候在生人面前特別忸怩放不開，但也有一見如故的例外，性子比較急，做事大多時(shí)候干脆果斷，容易沖動(dòng)，喜歡宅在所有能夠宅的地方里，低調(diào)內(nèi)斂，偶爾喜歡獨(dú)處，待人真誠(chéng)，能夠吃苦耐勞，不夠圓滑，根據(jù)這些，我肯定是不適合需要與人侃侃而談的工作，我比較適合網(wǎng)站方面的工作吧。
4.職業(yè)價(jià)值觀
我對(duì)待一份職業(yè)的想法是既看重地位與薪金也看重從事這份職業(yè)所體會(huì)到的快樂，我很認(rèn)真對(duì)待過程，但是我同樣看重結(jié)果，每一份工作都是有其存在的意義的，可以通過做自己的工作為這個(gè)社會(huì)做出貢獻(xiàn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的價(jià)值，或多或少可以幫助到別人，這是我所向往的工作的意義，對(duì)待上級(jí)分配下來的任何工作，都應(yīng)該盡自己所能，不苛求絕對(duì)的完美，但是一定是自己能在工作時(shí)間內(nèi)所能交出的最好的工作結(jié)果，要有責(zé)任感和擔(dān)當(dāng)，這便是我的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀。
5.勝任能力
思維活躍，有上進(jìn)心和責(zé)任心，能夠全神貫注地處理一件事情，敢想敢做敢堅(jiān)持，我的性格認(rèn)真努力，待人友好真誠(chéng)，能夠在團(tuán)隊(duì)工作中與隊(duì)員進(jìn)行友好及 1
時(shí)的溝通，我的弱點(diǎn)是有些時(shí)候過于特立獨(dú)行，喜歡逃避問題，偶爾愛鉆牛角尖，專業(yè)能力方面雖然能夠勝任但也只能談得上及格以上，并不是最好，所以我會(huì)在日后的日子里多一些實(shí)踐，增加自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，增加自己的專業(yè)技能，多一些社交，增加自己的膽量，多和不同的人打交道，學(xué)習(xí)到不同的思維方式，有勇氣直面問題和困難。
自我分析小結(jié)
綜合以上的分析，我對(duì)未來有信心，也對(duì)自己有了一個(gè)基本的認(rèn)可，認(rèn)知自己是找一份好工作的前提，明確自己的興趣和職業(yè)方向，這樣才能有目標(biāo)地去培養(yǎng)自己的能力，閱歷不夠，實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)不夠，這是我最大的問題，在以后的日子里，要多出去看看，多實(shí)踐，多學(xué)習(xí)不同的人的想法和觀點(diǎn)，擴(kuò)寬自己的視野，改變我的這些弱點(diǎn)。
第二章： 職業(yè)生涯條件分析
1.家庭環(huán)境分析
家里人都在鄉(xiāng)下，父母都在外面打工，我是家里唯一的孩子，家里經(jīng)濟(jì)能力僅能支持我讀完大學(xué)，父母的希望是我能夠找一份穩(wěn)定的工作，不需要高薪，交得起房租水電能自己生活就行，父母認(rèn)為女孩子強(qiáng)不強(qiáng)不重要，生活得安穩(wěn)就行。
2.學(xué)校環(huán)境分析
我就讀的是四川工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院，雖然是個(gè)�？疲亲鳛殡娮由虅�(wù)這個(gè)專業(yè)而言，教學(xué)設(shè)施的配備已經(jīng)綽綽有余了，學(xué)校在全國(guó)的�？茖W(xué)校里都是數(shù)一數(shù)二的，學(xué)校教學(xué)水平先進(jìn)，學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境氛圍濃厚，風(fēng)景園林式的學(xué)校環(huán)境，春夏秋冬皆有花香，蔥蘢盛大的香樟樹林，漫漫槐花的無言胡，環(huán)境優(yōu)美，教學(xué)質(zhì)量高，師資雄厚。
3.社會(huì)環(huán)境分析
每年的大學(xué)生就業(yè)人數(shù)都在增加，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)率日趨激烈，失業(yè)率居高不下，作為�？粕�，更是就業(yè)難上加難，社會(huì)需要的人才必須具備高壓力下的高效率，我一定會(huì)就此提升自己的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和專業(yè)技能，爭(zhēng)取能在大學(xué)生之中脫穎而出。
4.職業(yè)環(huán)境分析
電子商務(wù)正在發(fā)展中的好階段，由于馬云在紐約上市，跨境電商一時(shí)間風(fēng)光無限，提出了“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，電商市場(chǎng)依舊存在著巨
大的潛力，需要大量的人才，電子商務(wù)就業(yè)前景好，但是能真正成為行業(yè)精英的卻很少，能真正掌握電子商務(wù)的核心技術(shù)的人很少，能做好跨境電商的人也很少，所以提升自己的專業(yè)能力是必須的。

第三章： 職業(yè)目標(biāo)定位及其分解組合
1.職業(yè)目標(biāo)確定
綜合自己的職業(yè)興趣和個(gè)人技能，成為一名跨境電商企業(yè)的網(wǎng)站編輯。
2.個(gè)人SWOT分析
S（優(yōu)勢(shì)）：思維活躍，有前衛(wèi)的潮流意識(shí)，邏輯能力較強(qiáng)，說到做到，持之以恒，喜歡挑戰(zhàn)。
W（弱勢(shì)）：固執(zhí)己見，善變，不喜歡十年如一日的工作環(huán)境，偶爾鉆牛角尖。
O（機(jī)遇）：近年來電子商務(wù)行業(yè)行情持續(xù)走高，跨境電子商務(wù)依然存在著巨大的潛力。

（3）學(xué)習(xí)素描，培養(yǎng)自己的美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
（4）學(xué)習(xí)手繪。
（5）多參加報(bào)名電子商務(wù)相關(guān)的比賽。
（6）多積累社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
（7）多出去走走看看。
（8）看最后實(shí)習(xí)的時(shí)候，如果感覺不能深入這個(gè)職業(yè)里，準(zhǔn)備專升本。
2.大學(xué)畢業(yè)的四年
2017年——2020年
（1）努力學(xué)習(xí)，不管最后是自考本科還是專升本，積極考研。
（2）多出去走走。
（3）換了三家公司。
（4）職位提升了兩個(gè)檔次。
