1.電子郵件形式和句子長度不要太單調，有時短句和長句相問顯得靈活。
2.寫作多用從句會使得句子更長，而且句式靈活。比如：
I’ll go to America for ful'thcr study Oil April l5th，as the university has approved my application.It meallS I need to stay there for a year.
改為：I’u go to America for further study on April]5th，as the univer- sity has approved my application，which means I need to stay there for a year.
3.親切、口語化的語言更加受歡迎，尤其用于這種朋友問的私人信件。例：A simple one with kitchen and bathroom will do.
4.電子郵件應寫得簡單明了，便于閱讀，太長的內容可以用附件的方式發(fā)出。一個段落大多由一到三個句子組成。
