1、本分值是你在嬰國的能力的體現(xiàn),也是你銷售提成和星級(jí)導(dǎo)購評(píng)定的依據(jù)。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
2、導(dǎo)購員績(jī)效考核評(píng)分分別由:小組長(zhǎng)、店助、店長(zhǎng)三個(gè)管理層考核打分組成。經(jīng)理監(jiān)督報(bào)總經(jīng)理審批。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
3、為了體現(xiàn)公平、公正。評(píng)分必須單獨(dú)完成,不得交流。如發(fā)現(xiàn)誤差太大由經(jīng)理組織討論協(xié)調(diào)。各管理層評(píng)分占比:小組長(zhǎng)/20%  店助/30%  店長(zhǎng)/50% (沒店長(zhǎng)的,店助各占40%、組長(zhǎng)得分由店助和店長(zhǎng)評(píng)分)                   得分換算如下:

5、考核分值達(dá)到60分為星級(jí)導(dǎo)購,享受星級(jí)導(dǎo)購待遇。(★星級(jí)導(dǎo)購)星級(jí)導(dǎo)購佩戴星級(jí)導(dǎo)購工作牌,星級(jí)導(dǎo)購不另外單項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
6、★星級(jí)為:60~69分,★★星級(jí):70~79分,★★★星為:80~89分,★★★★星為90~99分,★★★★★星為100分。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
7、導(dǎo)購員績(jī)效考核每月一次,考核時(shí)間為每月的1~3日各管理層評(píng)分,4~6日部門經(jīng)理審核匯總送交財(cái)務(wù),10號(hào)前報(bào)總經(jīng)理審批后隨工資發(fā)放。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
8、新加入導(dǎo)購第一個(gè)月可以參加評(píng)分,但不能享受分值提成,只能作為工作表現(xiàn)參考。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
9、連續(xù)獲得星級(jí)導(dǎo)購的,是作為晉升的主要依據(jù)。小組長(zhǎng)連續(xù)3次未能升為星級(jí)導(dǎo)購,取消組長(zhǎng)職位。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
10、連續(xù)3個(gè)月在小組里得分最低的,作調(diào)職處理。當(dāng)月當(dāng)班不足20天的可以參加評(píng)分但不能參加銷售提成。銷售業(yè)績(jī)算入小組。
